Maria POV

All I could do was sit in my room until Caden came in and told me that they had captured Kale.

This is going to be a long night.

Ryan's POV (one of the packs fighters)

After Gretchen had cast the scent masking spell I had no scent and neither did the rest of the fighters. I had to say this is very weird.

"LUCAS!"

"WHAT RYAN"

"Just wondering where you were." I stated.

"Okay you are officially weirder than you were yesterday."

"Whatever."

In about minutes Caden was going to call all of the fighters in for a meeting before we had to actually get to our spots and wait for the vampire to show up. It was said that he was here to capture our future Luna and take her away. The pack slut thought that if she got rid of her then she would become the future Luna.

'All fighters meet me by the back door of the pack house now.'

'Yes sir.'

And now is when the meeting is going to start.

Caden POV

"Alright everyone do you know where you will be in the woods?" I asked the fighters.

"Yes sir."

"Good. Now I want everyone to go to their spots and wait for him. He should be coming in 45 minutes, but that doesn't mean he won't show up early. Be prepared to see him anytime and when you do see him mind link me informing me of his whereabouts. Got it?"

"Yes sir." I heard everyone say it.

"Good now you may go to your spots."

All the people scurried out of the doors. I started to head to my spot which was actually not very far. It was just inside the woods' border and I was going to be the one to confront him with only the best fighters behind me and surrounding the vampire. He wasn't going anywhere. We had Lindsey in the underground holding cells just to make sure she wouldn't ruin the plan. Ugh, even her name disgusted me now.

I sat in the bushes silently and waited. About 10 minutes later I got a message from one of the pack members that was on the borders of our territory.

'Sir the vampire just passed into our territory.'

'Okay thank you'

Now it should take him about 30 minutes to get to where I am. I should probably let my mate know how far along this plan is so far.

'Maria?'

'Yes Caden?'

'Kale just crossed the territory lines.'

'Okay thanks for telling me.'

'No problem, see you soon, love you'

'Love you too. Be safe'

'I will be'

*10 minutes later*

'He is about 20 minutes away from you now sir.'

'Okay thank you'

*another 10 minutes*

'10 minutes away now'

*5 minutes later*

'He is almost there sir'

And sure enough he walked passed me in about 5 minutes. He is now crouched in the bushes just on the woods' edge. He was about 10 steps away from me.

'Okay everyone I am going to go behind him and put hand cuffs on him. I want people within a couple steps to ensure my safety and to make sure he doesn't get away.'

Then we all started moving silently toward Kale. Once we had him surrounded I moved in on him. Luckily he had his back to me so that made it easier to get him. I got to him and grabbed his arms roughly. I jerked them behind his back and put the cuffs on him. They were silver cuffs so he wouldn't be able to get out of them. Like werewolves, vampires cannot stand certain kinds of silver and if we come in contact with the certain type, well lets just say it is not a good thing.

He jerked his head around to see what was happening.

"WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU?!" He screamed.

"WHY ARE YOU HERE TO MEET UP WITH LINDSEY?!" I screamed right back at him.

I had one of my pack members knock him out after that and we dragged him to the underground jail where we would question him tomorrow.
