Chapter Thirteen

Justin's P.O.V

He was silent as he stared at the table. "You know," I began, "It's not a bad thing." I told him. He chuckled dryly. "Oh yeah, it's perfectly fine, I just can't see wether a traffic light is green or red or yellow, I just can't tell if my outfit it matching, and I couldn't even teach my little sister her colors without screwing that up too. You need to see colors in life, you can't live in a world with no color man." He said quietly as he played with his food. I stare at him for a minute and then go back to eating. "Would you want to see color?" I asked him. He nodded, "No disrespect sir, but what kind of stupid question is that?" He asked. I couldn't help but crack a smile and laugh lightly. "You know, they have surgeries for that. You go under the procedure, you wake up, boom, you see color." I said. He looked up at me. "You know how much that cost though? In case you haven't noticed, we're pretty broke." He said. I smiled for real this time. "I got you bro, don't worry about it!" I laughed. He shook his head. "Nah, that's too much. Thank you for the clothes and for getting Lilly some toys, but honestly, that's all we need Mr. Bieber, we're all good from here on out." He said. It was now my turn to shake my head. "You'll get the surgery Cameron, it may take a while though." I told him. He sighed, knowing he wasn't going to win, and gave in and nodded. I smiled in victory and went back to eating. I look up at the sound of both of the girls giggling and see Cameron making a funny face at the both of them, his eyes crossed and his tongue sticking out slightly from the side of his mouth. I just chuckled and shook my head as I placed some fries in my mouth and watch the three crazy kids in front of me and couldn't help but think of how my life became pretty amazing....

"Are happily ever after's real bubby?" I hear Lilly quietly ask Cameron from the door to there room. I leaned my ear against the door to hear his response. I hear him sigh, "They will be for you princess, I promise." He whispered. "What about you?" She asked. "Umm, not everyone gets a happily ever after, remember how I told you some kids get hurt by their mommy and daddy?" I hear him ask her. "Mmmhh." She hums. "Well sometimes they hurt them too bad, and they end up making them fall into a sleep that they can never wake up from." He says. "So we're lucky, you and me. We always had each other, and now Justin is taking care of us. He didn't have to but he is choosing to, right? He's being very nice to us." He tells her in a soft voice. She hums in agreement again. "I like Juju, I want him to be our daddy." I hear her yawn, and I couldn't help the smile that grew on my face. I was doing something right in my life. "I don't think that'll happen princess, Juju's very busy with Avalanna already, he has enough he has to worry about. We can get through it though, just like we always do, just you and me together forever." He whispered. "And ever." She replied and I hear small giggles and deeper chuckles, making me guess he was tickling her. "Go to sleep Princess Lilly, it's late." He whispered as I hear him give her a kiss before I walk away from the door and to the bed where Avalanna was sleeping. I climbed in beside her and cuddle her to me. I miss her head as I tuned off the lamp next to me and just thought to myself. I was going to make those kids mine. Lilly would be my daughter and Cameron will be my son. Lilly can go and do dance or whatever she wants back in LA, and Cameron can get his surgery and finally be able to see color after fourteen years of his life. Lilly would get the father she wanted and craved.

And Cameron would get his ability to see color, and to believe in happily ever after's......
