Chapter 9- Oh great!

Chapter 9

(1 month later)

Today it is my 21st birthday, May 10th. My full name is actually Megan May Young, unfortunately. Today I was awoke for once not by morning sickness but the smell of pancakes coming from upstairs, I got up out of bed and grabbed my dressing gown off the end of the bed and walked up the stairs to see Joe stood at the cooker in just his boxers, wow what a birthday treat, can I just have that all day please? "Goodmorning birthday girl, I have made you fluffy pancakes with cream and strawberries with a glass of fresh orange juice and when I say fresh I mean I squeezed the oranges about 10 mins ago" aww he is so cute, I took a bite of the pancakes, god they were good, just a shame I have to share really. I am kidding obviously.

"Right I have the whole day planned out" Joe said and I just sighed.

"Joe you know I don't like all the attention, I just want a quite day with you and Zalfie" I said still eating my pancakes and drinking my juice.

"Well my dear that's kind of what you are getting it is with me and Zalfie but probably not that quite, we are going for lunch with them at 12:30 at that place we went for Zoe's birthday last year, then we are coming back here and well I didn't want to tell you but we have booked a little get together with some YouTube friends and some of your school friends." Joe said, that didn't sound too bad, the worse thing was that at the little get together I haven't met all of Team Internet so it might be a bit awkward but never mind I am sure I will be fine.

"Now do you want to present now or later?" he asked walking over the dinning room table where sat a huge box. I thought for a while and decided to have it now, he brought we over to the sofa and sat me down handing me that box, it was heavy but light at one side, I opened it and in there sat a lot of black. "Before you see it I didn't pick it it was Zoe she said that black and hide a bump a lot better" I looked at him confused and pulled the thing out, it was a playsuit, an all black playsuit with a pretty little gold belt around the middle, but in the box there was more, small heeled shoes and a matching bag.

"Joe this is too much, but good idea on the low shoes" I said with a laugh.

"Well when I was think of what to get you I didn't have a clue and Zoe suggested this so that you can wear it tonight and it would hide the bump a little as you have been saying you don't really want many people to know yet and especially school friends and she said that black would hide it better than anything, we bought a size too big one so that it was baggy tonight and two so that you can wear it about when you get a bit bigger" Joe said to me holding one hand the other on my thigh. 

"Thank you so much" I said giving him a massive hug. When I pulled away, he was looking from my eyes to my lips, we haven't actually had our first kiss yet, we have actually only officially been together 2 weeks but still no kisses, yes on the forehead and cheek never the lips. He started to lean in and so did I, I don't know why I was so nervous, I know Joe well enough now and I have had my first kiss, ironically that was Alfie, I closed my eyes and felt his lips touch mine and sparks flew in every direction possible. The kiss was full of love and passion, I didn't want it to stop but I needed air so I pulled away looking at Joe for a reaction but I didn't get one instead he connected us again but this time there was a lot more lust, he asked for entrance into my mouth which I teased him about and didn't accept till he tickled my ear, he was being ruff but still gentle as this was still our first make out session and he had to remember I was with child. We pulled away from each other for air again and we both smiled like idiots.

"Well..." I said "that was... amazing"

"I second that" he said getting up off the sofa that's when I remembered he was still only in boxers and he little friend... well lets just say one it was so little anymore and two he was trying to get out of it cage.

At the party

The whole thing wasn't that bad really, everyone seemed to be having fun, the only thing was that I couldn't drink on my own birthday, it sucks. I was just sat down at a table in the corner of the room and Alfie stood up next to the DJ and took a microphone "Well hello everyone, old friends and new friends but also people I don't actually know so I am Alfie Deyes, I am Megan's best friend and have been for a looong time now! I am so glad that all of you came, a lot of you may have known Megan from the age of 6 or some from just last year so I have put together a lidle slide show of Megan's life over the last 21ish years" well by this point I was about to scream, I knew some of the photos that Alfie has of me when I was younger.

A load of photos started to come onto the screen, they started with photos of me, Alfie and Poppy as teenagers... wait I am pregnant in the photo I remember it well. It brought back happy and sad memories I have shared with the Deyes family. Photos kept coming up, some of the holiday I had with them then a very unexpected photo came up, a one of me and Joe in our apartment, I have a tight top on and you can see my little bump, hopefully no-one actually thinks its a bump and think I have just put some weight on. I looked at Alfie and he had his hands over his face and mouthed to me 2im sorry I didn't look at the photo properly" I just mouthed back "its fine" he then smiled back at me.

After the photos had finished everyone went back to dancing and I went to get another coke, I walked over to the bar and stood there was a very tall, well he probably isn't that tall I am just really small, boy he turned around and it was Jim Chapman! "Well hello there Miss Young" he said sticking his hand out to shake it "hi" is all I could say back to him and then some arms went around me, it was Joe.

"Hey Jimbob" he said.

"Alreet mate?" Jim said back.

"I am now" Joe said hugging me tighter.

"OMG are you two together?" Jim asked.

"Yes yes we are but please Jim no repeat of Zalfie, we are keeping it a secret for a while to see how it goes..." Joe then went on to tell Jim everything about us and the baby he then told him that he can tell Tanya and the rest of Team Internet but make sure that no school friends are around.

Just then someone I hoped I would never have to see again... Shaun... the father of the baby! "Joe how is he here?" I said pointing at Shaun.

"Well I will leave you two to talk" Jim said and he walked off.

"Em...he was in a lot of your Facebook photos so thought he was a close uni friend" Joe stuttered.

"Yeah so close that he is the father of the baby" I said to him a little too loud that I think Shaun heard as he started to walk out to us.

"OMG Megan, hi! God I haven't seen you since... we em you know. Had sex at that party" Shaun said to me looking between me and Joe in confusion.

"Em yeah I remember" I said to him.

"So what were you saying about father of a baby before I came out?" he said looking at me stomach "Megan are you... pregnant?"

"Em..." I said looking at Joe then Shaun.

"Yes yes she is, you are the father of it, just to let you know" Joe blurted out.

"Well fuck you, I don't want anything to do with that... that thing. You can get rid it, I don't want to be a dad at 20" Shaun shouted then walked off, by this point I was in pieces in Joe's arms.

"Megan Megan Megan, shhhh its ok I am here for you remember you don't need that prick" he said rubbing my back to try and calm me down.

By the end of the night I had forgot all about Shaun all I could think about was the fun I was having with my friends and boyfriend.

We got home and I went straight to bed with painful feet from too much dancing.
