Chapter 24
It is the day before New Years Eve, everyone is in Brighton for a massive New Years party at the Zalfie household. Zoe decided that we should all go for a meal tonight at nandos to mark the occasion that all the YouTube gang were together.
Me and Joe were just getting out stuff ready to meet Zalfie at there house before going to Nandos.
"You got your keys?" Joe asks picking up Izzy in her car seat.
"Yep, can't belive your actaully letting me drive" I said smiling. It's the first time I have drove since I got the Brighton.
"Only so I can have a drink when we get back to Zalfie's"
We got in the car and drove to their place which was only a ten minute drive away. When we arrived we were greeted by Alfie at the door ready to get Izzy out the car for us. I gave him a big not, not wanting to let go really.
We walked inside and everyone was here Marcus, Niomi, Tanya, Jim, Louise, Darcy, Caspar and his new girlfriend Becca, Maddy, Oli, Josh, Anna, Jonathan, Emilia, Edwardo and Chai.
"Hey buddy can I talk to you a minute... privately" Alf said to Joe in the kitchen. I knew what was coming, he was going to ask him to be his best man. It's so cute. They walked into the hall way, I guess they have probably gone upstairs.
"Hey has he gone to do it?" Zoe asked coming beside me with Izzy in her arms.
"Yep"
"Bless him he has been so nervous to do it, he was like what if he says it's weird coz he's your brother" she said bouncing Izzy to sleep.
"Bless him" No the weird thing is these feelings.
They return with massive smiles, Alf gives me a thumbs up from the door way and I just smile.
At nandos
We were all just sat talking about differnet things waiting for our food. Me and Tanya were having a bit of a catch up over the table as I haven't seen her since the coming home party two months ago.
"Meg I really think you should start a YouTube channel you know" Marcus says from the other side of the table. Everyone stops talking and is now listening to the conversation.
"Why I don't really have a interesting life, it's all crying baby and cleaning" I said.
" You do the same as any other youtuber really. That's all we did for what 4 years" Anna said "we don't have an interesting like, we just vlog the kids and they love it"
"True I will give you that one, I dunno if I would have the time really."
"Babes if I have the time as a single mom you do" Louise said laughing "you have Joe to helping you with everything, even editing" she said with a wink.
"Go on Meg give it a try, we will all do calabs with you to bust your subs. If you get enough my Vidcon you will get an actually invite and maybe get on stage" Joe said holding my hand.
"Ok fine... I will give it a go" I said laughing and everyone cheered.
Soon after our food arrived and everyone went quite.
We all retreated back to Zalfie's where a lot were staying, Marcus and Niomi were going back to his parents, Louise and Darcy were in Zoe ' s old office on the floor, Tan and Jim in another. Anna and them lot were in one spare room with the kids on the floor. We had Caspar, Oli , Josh and Chai at ours, Oli and Caspar on sofa, Josh and Chai on the floor in the nursery as Izzy is still in our room.
About midnight we all retreated to our designated places and said we would see each other at 7pm the day for the party.
