Vanoss's P.O.V
It was Monday. Today I'm going to Club Fire. I feel so apprehensive, yet excited!
Delirious swore on his sister's grave that is I wasn't back by 6 he'd go fucking ballistic. I'm taking the threat seriously. I recently found out he keeps a a couple of switchblades in his bedside drawer. Where the hell he got them I have no idea.
When he threatened me tough, I saw real, raw emotion in his eyes. It almost wants to make me want to cry, how much he cares about me!
I said my goodbyes to the guys. They wished me luck and promised to raise hell if I didn't get back. As I closed the front door I mumbled, "This is fucking crazy," to myself. I got in my car and drove to the edge of town.
The wall was still the same. I tried to remember where the loose brick was. I hauled on what I think is the correct one. It came away and I pushed the button underneath. The door swung open. "Well this is the beginning of the end, I suppose." I mumbled.
I wandered down the corridor, pushed open the door and made a beeline to the door with the sigh saying Club Fire. To be honest I just really didn't want to see anyone but Firestorm. I can only handle one stalker at a time dammit.
The space was pretty big, with huge ceiling and made of fireproof materials. It wasn't decorated very much, and I sorta liked that. It was obvious this room was meant to train in, not to chat in. To train to do what though, I had not the faintest idea. There were five or six red chairs in one corner, Firestorm was seated in one of them. She greeted me warmly and told me to sit down. I did, albeit apprehensively. "I don't bite...usually," She joked.
She then told me, "First, before anything at all happens, you need to learn how to use proper telepathy. I will explain everything after we do that."
I raised an eyebrow. "Telepathy is impossible. We can't talk brain to brain, a way hasn't been invested yet." She chuckled. "That's what you think. My sisters and I use telepathy all the time. Well, our telepathy is different than usual telepathy. The communication part is the same, but this type of telepathy enables you to do the shit I'll show you later." I was skeptical. But I decided ehh, why not? I'm here, might as well do something.
We went over the basics, and since I was a fast learner, it only took about twenty minutes for me to wrap my bearings around the concept. "Okay that's the basics of it, so if you really learnt, talk to me using telepathy." "Tall order," I commented. "Don't be a smartass." She said.
(A/N when people are using telepathy the font of the letters change to italics.)
"This should be impossible and I've never been more skeptical of a concept in my life." I declared in my head. "Did I do it right?" I asked out loud sarcastically. "No. I can tell you don't believe in this. Well start believing buddy, or all of this is going to be a waste." I resisted the urge to roll my eyes. But this time I tried. "I wonder what the hell the guys are doing." I thought, trying to project the question into the air without speaking. Suddenly I heard Firestorms voice, even though her lips did not move.
"Probably nothing productive. I bet Delirious is worried out of his mind."
"Okay, what the hell?!" I exclaimed. She raised an eyebrow. "You've managed to learn telepathy, idiot." I looked at her incredulously. "So it is possible...." I tailed off. This didn't make sense.
"If you can barely believe that, you might faint at this part." I scoffed. "I won't faint." She stood. "It doesn't go along with any of the laws of how the world and the human body works," She warned. "Can't see why not." I challenged. She grinned.
