Man, don't you love getting a blizzard out of nowhere then not being able to update because your internet is down? *Slowly clapping* Canadian weather everybody, Canadian fucking weather.

Vanoss's P.O.V

Firestorm said that she amazed that she never found that gem. Guess maybe I am supposed to solve the Maze. "Do you want to do stuff out in town?" I asked everyone. "Yeah, hey maybe we can find that lucky ass homeless dude." Wildcat replied. We set out, Brian in the trunk this time. While driving the motorcycle I suddenly got a very strong urge to go away from town. But then the greed returned. Resist! Don't you want it for yourself?  It hissed. I fought with myself. 9 billon! Homeless sehomless, you should take it! I slowed down and told Delirious. "Don't listen to the greed! Ignore it!" I felt guilty for even thinking such thoughts. I already have so much! There were so many people out there needing it desperately. I banished the greed to the back of my mind, but it was still there, whispering in the background. I turned off and headed to the more desolate part of town. "They'll catch up," I told Del. We chuckled before I set off in other direction, we were in front of the car so I knew the guys could see us.

Mini's P.O.V

"What the?" I said. "What?" Nogla asked. "Evan and delirious are going in the other direction." "Wait what?" Wildcat said. "Follow them!" Lui said, so I did. Why are they going towards the homeless part of- oh. That explains it.

Back to Vanoss's P.O.V

I just kept going in the direction of the urge. I stopped in an ally? We got off and I realized that there was a volunteer center for the homeless center a couple yards down the street. Doesn't look like it's getting much help though. The guys pulled up, asked questions that I answered and we started walking towards the damaged buildings. I heard talking from inside. I put up my hand to stop the others, they asked questions but I just said, "listen". They caught on pretty quick.

"What do you mean your crew is gonna destroy this center?!"

"The government said that it was just taking up space. It's going to turned into bank."

"A bank?! Everybody here is homeless! Even if we had any money we wouldn't give it to a bank!"

"I'm sorry sir, but that's what we are paid to do."

"After all these years of volunteering, putting what little money I had left, after all the lives this place made a little better, you're just going to tear it down?!"

"Sir! I'm sorry you made stupid decisions but I advise you leave this place!"

"You just want to get paid, don't you?"

"You don't care about homeless people as long as you get money, right?"

"Well if that all you believe in, GO TO HELL!!"

A middle aged, poorly maintained man came walking out of the building with an angry expression on his face. I saw though the broken windows that a construction worker didn't even care about what just happened. The urge was stronger then ever, he must be the one. I nodded to the guys. "You sure it's him?" Nogla asked me. "Yeah, Your absolutely sure?" Mini said. "Believe me, I'm sure." I replied.

I walk over to the man. He looked at me, his face softened and he surprised me with his happy sounding tone. "Hello young man, can I do anything for you?" "No I'm fine but I can't believe there tearing down the center." His face fell. "Yes it's quite sad. To build a bank as well!" "Umm, I need you to do something." "What could that be?" "Take this." I pulled out the gem, he looked like he just saw a pig fly. "Is that a..a... rainbow-zebra topaze?" (I know the name sucks but it's all that I could come up with) "Yes, it's worth 9 billion dollars, I want you to take it." If you looked up astonished in the dictionary, you would see his face right now. "M-me?" I nodded and smiled kindly. "I-I can't, I'm just a homeless man You should have it! Your young!"

"No." I pushed the jewel towards him while the greed screamed at me. "You're homeless man with a golden heart. From what I heard, you gave what little money you had to that volunteer center, you gave all your time to that volunteer center. Even though your life couldn't be worse, you still gave to others." A small tear was in his eyes. "If the world had more people like you, it would be a better place." I pushed it into his hands. "Thank you, I know it's just words but, thank you!" He looked at me with caring eyes. He hugged me. "I just want you to do one thing. I want you to keep inspiring people, because even if you only change one persons life, you change what that person will do with it." He walked off with the gem and I was filled with a filling of hope, accomplishment and pride.

I turned around to see the guys were smiling and few where wiping away tears. "That was beautiful." Mini said. "That man will do great things, I know it." Brock said. He winked at Terroriser.  "Let's go home." Wildcat said. We walked away and I got this feeling that this world might not be so cruel after all.

Terroriser P.O.V

Wow. I can't believe it was J.J the caring homeless man. I always knew that he would do something great. He took really good care of me and Brock before we broke into Evan's house. He will do some great. I'm sure of it. I hugged Brock before he got in truck.
