A Glee Twist

Chapter 16

Quinn's POV:

We FINALLY left the hospital and went home. Finn and I got 2 weeks off school so I could recover, I'm actually really glad that he arranged for us to have the same lessons at school too; I'm super nervous about everything now, I've got anxiety so panic attacks seem to be a regular thing in my life. Little things, like bangs or pops, trigger me into small attacks and someone needs to calm me down. My sister used to have anxiety when she was younger but she was lucky enough to grow out of that stage.

Sitting on the recliner in the living room, I switch the TV on and start watching my favourite show: "The Walking Dead" it's such a good show I can't even describe it. My favourite character is probably Daryl Dixon; he's kinda hot with his crossbow, I'm not gonna tell Finn though, he'd flip. I'm on season 4 and its sooooo good.
Finn walks in the room and lifts me up bridal style, sits on the recliner and sets me on his lap.

"You okay gorgeous?" He asks me. I start to blush and nod my head, then laying it on his chest and listening to his steady heartbeat. He kisses my temple and starts rubbing my head, this is always comforting for me, it calms me down and puts me to sleep usually.

I've been out of the hospital for 2 days and I actually love it, school is really stressful and people just need a break, our school isn't that bad though. I heard people in the UK have to wear a uniform and aren't allowed to wear makeup or nail varnish, they seem strict over there. I go into a little daze and then get snapped out of it when Finn reclines the chair back so we're nearly lying down, practically horizontal. His hands are playing on my stomach, just rubbing it and running his hands down my hips, avoiding my wound.

"That's nice," I barely whisper to him. He keeps on doing that and mumbling sweet nothings in my ear, I love it when he does this too.

We lay there for a couple of hours asleep when someone knocked on the door. Finn got up and placed me on the couch to wait and see who it is. After a few minutes he walked back in the room with Mr Schue trailing behind him.

"Hey Quinn, how're ya feeling?" he gently asked me with a concerned voice.

"About as good as I look," I joked, I feel rubbish and I'm in so much pain.

"You must be feeling great then," Finn smirked, I playfully gave him a glare and he just chuckled.

"The New Directions miss you two, they can't wait to see you, Figgins had a major fight with Sue 'cause she said the Cheerios are having the auditorium for 3 weeks while they practice for nationals, he said we should split it so Glee and the Cheerios can share the auditorium. Of course she went off... 'This is an outrage, I will not stand for this, blah blah blah'," Mr Schue mocked her voice and Finn and I just laughed. We talked for a good 2 hours when he had to go back home to his wife.

I'm so sorry guys, I know it's been nearly 3 months since I updated but you have no idea how stressful it's been for me, exams and school work. 😒😨

Just a filler chapter because I felt so bad for not updating for so long xx 😥💖⭐️🍒

I'm working on a new story... Sorry to disappoint but it's not Glee 😩😱 I just wanted to try something else so please don't hate me, it's just because it's more of an exciting adventurous one.... it's a 'Walking Dead' fanfic in case any of you like the show. 💀🎶🍒

I'm obviously gonna still write this one and I'm not gonna lie to you but they're gonna be a bit slower updates which I'm sure you're all used to and I apologise 😅😘💫⭐️ I am trying my best and I hope you can accept that xx
