"What the hell was that?!" Natalie screamed. I looked at her and hoped that she didn't care for an answer. "Well?" She asked.
"Skye, you could've been killed. I don't want to know what was going through your mind when you did that." Hailey continued for Natalie.
"I don't know what happened. Something just came over me." I replied.
"I don't know what to call that but I know it wasn't just something. You nearly got stomped on by a brumby!" Natalie cried.
"Does it really matter what happened? Nobody got hurt so I don't see your problem." I argued.
"Skye, they don't mean it like that. You nearly got hurt and we want to know why you took that risk." Luke said. I sighed.
"Maybe we should get going. If we keep moving, it should be lunch when we finish." I changed the subject.

A while had passed and Jonathan came up beside me. "I've known you for a while now. I know you love the bush and wildlife but what you did there was the most amazing thing you've ever done." He complimented. I slightly blushed and smiled to myself. "The fact that you risked your life for that foal was amazing. Will you come back again to see the horses?" Jonathan asked.
"I probably will. Why?" I wondered.
"I was thinking I could come with you." He answered. I bit my lip and smiled. When I looked back up, I saw mum's car. We hopped in. Natalie sat in the front. I sat in the middle with Luke and Hailey and Jonathan sat in the very back. Mum drove us to the main car park where Hailey and the boys jumped out. Before leaving, Jonathan asked for my number so we can arrange something to do when I return to look for Darkest Night and his herd. Natalie and I slept on the way home. When we dropped her off, he sisters were being a huge pain. I ignored them and said goodbye to her. We drove back home and I went straight to my room. I looked at the calendar on my wall to see what days I could camp there and hope to catch a glimpse of the horses.
