Choosing Sides

Where am I??.
My head was throbbing like a as if someone was hammering my brain.
What is the world happened??.
I had not opened my eyes and tried to figure out where I was using my other senses......
The room that I was in was felt very small and smelt musty........
Then I remembered everything!. Elvyn! She was telling me to concentrate on the water....... Shit!!! Where was she! I hope she's not taken... !.
I opened my eyes and saw myself in a small 5 by 5 foot cage.....
"They fucking caged me up like as if I was some animal!!!! They were sooo going to get it when I get out of here. .....if I get out of here... " I thought to myself, what the hell had I gotten myself into?
I snapped my head to where I heard the voice coming from, and then he switched on the light making me close my eyes trying to adjust to the sudden light
"Hello ....... I see that you have finally woken up!. " he said smiling
"Who are you and where am I?" I asked him,
"All in good time sweetheart.....
"The master would love to see you.... "He said then pulled a chair near the cage and left the room
Two minutes later a man almost 5'11 in height , fair, green eyes and black tousled hair came in and sat down and smiled and said
"Hello Alexis, "
"Who are you? And what do you want with me?. " I asked him angrily, I hadn't even seen this man before and he knew my name.
"Straight to the point I see... " he said,
"I see no point in beating around the bush..." I retort
"Of course...
"I want you to stand with us during the fight.. " he says
"Fight??.. What fight?. And why me what did I do?. " I ask confused
"Are you telling me that you don't know about the prophesy?... " he counters my question with another
Third person POV
"No... What prophesy?. " she asks bewildered,
"This is going to be a long day!. " he says sighing
"Listen either tell me everything from the start or let me go. " she says getting angry,
"Feisty .... I like it.....So I'll give you the shortened version. " he says, looking at her, he starts
"Centuries ago a seer was in the high council and just before he died he prophesied that a girl would come who would be different from all other people because she will have powers that very few people have.... We've been searching for you for a long time Alexis....
And we are going to fight against the high council to rule over all the clan's of the supernaturals. "
Lexi looks at him shocked! This lunatic brings her here on an assumption that she is the girl he's looking for???? And argues with him saying
"OK, but when I asked my alpha, he said that all elders have at least one such power.... " but he interrupts he her by saying
"But you don't only have one power Alexis .........I saw your friend telling you to control the water...... And that is two powers in one person only 2 of the highest members in the council have that power. "
He says smiling knowing that the reality that she believed herself to be living in is falling apart around her, be could see the betrayal, confusion, and anger all in her eyes.

I need time to think this out....... She thinks to herself, not knowing is true and what is false

"Nothing is sinking in..... This is all just a dream and I'm going to wake up any moment now.... I'm...." She starts rambling but stops when the man opens the cage and slaps her hard making her cheek sting and tears fill her eyes he holds her face with both hands and says
"Shut up!, this is no dream, I'll leave you alone to think, but by the end of this day your only option is to fight along side us, "
"And if I don't ?" She asks
"You really don't want to know about the consequences of not complying to me Alexis. Join our side willingly and you can have a share in ruling the clans. " he says and continues
"Anyway there is nothing out there for you to go back to, it is one of your people who told us where to find you "
"What do you mean? " she asks him. Her heart breaking not knowing what she did to anyone to sell her out like this

"That's did me to know and for you to find out, Good night princess" he says walking out of the cage and locking it behind it and switching off the light leaving her in darkness to think
"What in the world is all this? what did I even do for people to hate me? " she thought and curled up in the corner of the cage, trying to keep away the chill and try and sleep.
