Threat!!. and Saviour?

(Jakob POV)
We've been travelling for three days continuously now, only stopping for gas or to eat or go the wash rooms,
Alexis has been the best friend that I could have ever asked for, she's almost like a sister that I've always wanted.
She sleeps during the day that's from about 4-10 in the morning while I drive and makes sure that I sleep at night.. From 8 to 4 at night.... Like I was used to in the Crescent moon pack,
though I am older to her by around 2 years, the way she's talks and the way she has matured and the powerful aura around her makes my wolf and I submit to her, I think that's why the people in my pack didn't like her very much, and I can't beleive that she took me along with her when she wanted to leave.....
We had just changed shifts and it was 5:30. But it was still dark, we had just crossed the border of Arkansas when something slammed hard against the side door, I jumped in my seat making the car swerve a little, what the heck was that?. Then I caught the unmistakable scent of rogue vampires!. I looked to the back, wanting to call Alexis but I didn't want to disturb her, I drove faster hoping that they will leave us alone, but luck was not on my side today, they kept up with the car and banged against the side door glass making it shatter, I shouted, calling for Alexis, and she got up. "What in the world is going on Jake????"
"Vampires " I said shortly.
"O God not this again! ". She whined.
"Alexis I need to shift, we can make it faster on my wolf." I screamed trying to get the car to go straight.
"OK let me..".. She started, but screamed
"Oww!!. Shit! "
"What?! " I asked looking at her.
"Just drive!" She ordered
"OK on two, jump out of the car and shift " she said
"And you?.". I asked, I was not going to let her die!
"I will jump on your back once your ready?. OK?. " she said
"K, ONE!. TWO!/ Jake now!. " she screamed.
I opened the door and jumped if and shifted mid air and ran with the car, then she jumped but she was tackled mid air and she and the rogue fell to the side
"Alexis!!!!" I screamed but I couldn't do anything since I was in my wolf ..... I couldn't even fight then, cause another rogue had latched herself on me.
That's when I saw 4 huge wolf's coming to our aid,
when my wolf shouted in my head
"Mate. "
My mate was here?..... But I couldn't think on that for long since I saw Alexis bleeding by the side of the forest I ran to her, she was barely breathing, I licked her, trying to get her to wake up, then one of the wolf's came up to me And he ordered me
"Shift " I quickly shifted and went back to her and tried to get her to wake up
"Mate, what's your name?. ". My beautiful mate asked my pulling me away from her so that another person could look at her
"Jakob, ". I replied looking into his bright blue eyes and getting lost in them
I quickly shook my head and asked him
"Please can you help my sister. Please. ". I pleaded
He nodded and one of his friends picked her up.
10 minutes later she was in the pack hospital and both of is were waiting outside her room.
"Will she be OK?. ". I asked him
"Yea she will don't worry..... " he reassured me
"What's your name?. ". I asked him embarrassed that I didn't even know my mates name
"Peter.". He said smiling and brushing my cheek making me blush.
"What pack are we in?" I asked him.
" the blue moon pack....
"Can you tell me why they were after you?. And what's your story?" He asked.
"I don't know, we were just driving through when they slammed into the car... Then they started chasing us.
I am from the Crescent moon pack in Virginia, we were leaving from my old pack since they were abusing me and were not nice to Lexi, she's human, we've been driving for 3 days now. " I said
When he interrupted me and said
"OK the rest on the story you can tell me later now, you have to go get cleaned up and go to sleep. "
"But Alexis....". I asked... Worried that she would leave me
"She's safe here, don't worry. ". He said holding my hand.
I nodded and let him take me, I was shown to a room and was given his shirt and a pair of shorts I had a leisurely bath and got out, wore what Peter had given me and walked out to find him on the bed with a plate of food...
He smiled at me and made me ear the food and he was going to leave the room when I said asked him to stay.
"are you sure baby..... ?." He asked
"I want you to be here with me when I sleep Peter, please?. " I said willing him to understand that I need him
"Ok" he then striped to his boxers abd hugged me close
And for the first time in years I went to sleep with a smile
