I walked outside and dodged my way through all of the wild kids running around. Every time there was a fire drill, everyone went crazy with their friends out on the football field in front of our school.

I frantically looked around for Avery but I couldn't find her. I kept walking around and looking when I heard someone call my name.

"Awhh look at Kelsey." I turned around to find that it was Rebecca coming towards me. I rolled my eyes and started to walk away but she continued. "Poor girl just wandering around trying to find the friends that she doesn't have."

I knew that confronting her would get me into trouble so I just kept my mouth shut. She wasn't even worth it.

"What's wrong? Cat got your tongue?" She continued coming towards me as her wanna be friends followed in behind her.

"What do you want Rebecca?"

"Awhh can't we just be friends?" She faked a smile and chuckled a little bit.

"No thanks. I'm not really interested in being friends with a slut."

She squinted her eyes and frowned. "Look you little bitch, Im tired of playing nice. Just stop trying to ruin my life and we will be okay."

"What are you talking about?" I questioned.

"Oh don't make me say it. You know what you did back freshman year."

"I didn't do anything. He came to me!" I yelled.

"She threw her hand up and snapped at me. "Don't bring it back up. You know what you did." She snapped her fingers and turned around to leave. She abruptly stopped and walked back over to me. "Oh and another thing, I saw you flirting with Derek Bieber back in class. Just know that he is too good for you. Him and his brother too so just stop. Its pathetic." She laughed and finally walked away, leading her pack with her.

Her words didn't really bother me because I knew that she was just jealous of what really happened back freshman year. We were really great friends even though she could be a little bitchy at some times. We were really close and I told her everything including the the guy I liked. She ended up going behind my back and hooking up with him. She started acting even more of a bitch and he dumped her and came to me. Even though I told him no, she has hated me and I feel the same way about her.

After they had cleared the building and declared it a false alarm, we all started piling into it. We then grabbed our stuff and headed to second period. When I got there I saw that Avery was in my class. At least I wouldn't be the loner anymore.

I walked over and sat down beside her. "Hey" I said.

"Hey! Im so glad we have this class together. I absolutely hate science so you'll make it better!" she rolled her eyes. "So do we have any other classes together?"

I handed my schedual and a couple of seconds later she squeeled. "We have 3rd period together too!"

I laughed and we went on with class. Second period flew by and so did third. After third came lunch. Me and Avery rode out together and got some lunch from Wendys. We ate and quickly rushed back to school. Before me and Avery split up to go to our separate classes, she yelled out to me.

"Hey Kelsey! Do you want to go to a party tonight?"

"Tonight? It's a Monday night!"

"Yea but it's kind of a welcome back to school party. It's only gonna be just a couple of us hanging out."

I thought for a second before finally answering. "fine" I mumbled.

"YES! Oh yay I love you!" she screamed.

"yea yea." I waved and started walking to my fourth period. When I got there, I looked around for anyone that I knew. There wasn't really anyone except for one girl I talked to now and then. She already had someone sitting beside her though so I just sat down by myself.

The teacher went through the usual first day of class roll call and called out several names. I wasn't really paying attention until I heard him call out one name.

"Justin. Justin Bieber?" He waited but there was no answer. "Okay I guess he is absent."

What are the odds that I would have both of the twins in my classes? I was just a tad bit excited because I was interested by their "bad ass" background. On the other hand it was kinda weird how they were talking about be earlier. I just wasn't sure how I was feeling.

Fourth period went by surprisingly fast too. Before I knew it we were released and I went out to the parking lot. I arrived at my car about the same time Avery did. She reminded me of the party and I jokingly rolled my eyes.

"Okay just text me when it starts" I said. She agreed and we both got in our cars and drove home. I wasn't sure how this party was going to go but I had a gut feeling that something bad was going to happen....
