What are you doing?!? Let me go!!" I screamed and kicked around, trying to get loose. They grabbed me tighter and led me through the darkness.
We turned a corner and I could hear people talking. Once I walked into the room, everyone stopped. The person holding me let go of my arms and yanked the pillow case off of my head. "Who does she belong to?" he asked as he looked around the room.
Justin smirked and looked my body up and down as he bit him bottom lip. This turned me on but it really wasn't the time or place for that.
"Uhh.. shes ours. Was it really necessary to put a bag over her head?" Derek asked.
"And why did you bring her here?" the guy asked as he ignored why he had handled me so roughly.
"Well you told me to come here as soon as you could. I really didn't have any time to take her home."
The guy rolled his eyes. "Just give me the money and get out of here. I knew I should have never included you two in this deal."
"Nahh man you can trust us. You just caught us by surprise."
"So where's my money?" he eagerly questioned. I could tell that he really wanted the answer, but at the same time Derek was trying to avoid giving it to him.
He hesitated and looked down at his feet. "I don't have it right now Brian. I need more time."
"Your time is up Derek. I need my money and I need it now. Don't make me wait. You know how I feel about that."
I felt so awkward because I was standing in the middle of this situation and I had no idea what was going on. There were about 9 or 10 other guys in the room and they were all staring at me so that didn't make it any less awkward. I tried to step back and sneak away but Brian grabbed my arm.
"Oh you aren't going anywhere. They are going to pay me back somehow." He looked me up and down and smiled. "I could get some use out of you."
"No the fuck you won't." Justin yelled as he ran over and got between us. "We will get your money Brian. Just give us a week and we will have it all."
"Okay you have a week. Be back here no later than that or I will come and find you." He leaned around Justin's shoulder and smirked at me. "But first ill come for her."
Justin grunted and turned around. Placing his arm around my waist he started walking me out. "Come on Derek, let's go." He spat.
All three of us climbed back into the truck, and Derek pulled off. It was silent for a while before I finally spoke up. "So does anyone care to explain what just happened back there?"
"Nothing really, its fine." Derek answered.
"That was not nothing! A bag was placed over my head, I was dragged into a building, and someone randomly threatened to come after me because you two owe this Brian guy money that I don't even know what for. You guys have some serious explaining to do."
Justin laughed and put his arm around my shoulder. "We told you to stay in the truck."
"Oh so this is funny to you?" I was being really serious. More has happened to me tonight than it ever has in my whole life.
He threw his hands up in defense and looked out of the widow. I could tell he was sort of smiling to his self. I rolled my eyes and looked straight ahead. I noticed that Derek was back on the street headed to my house.
"Where do I turn?" he asked.
"It's the next street in the right. Once you turn, my house is the fourth one down on the left.
He turned and parked on the side of the curb. He opened his door and slid out, waiting for me to get out behind him. I folded my arms and sat there.
"No. Im not getting out until you explain to me what happened."
He frowned and looked me in the eyes. "Okay if you must know, I'll tell you tomorrow afterschool. Meet me in the parking lot and you can come over to our place."
I thought for a minute before uncrossing my arms and sliding out. "Deal." I smiled and turned around as Derek got back into the driver's seat. "Buy guys, see you tomorrow." I smiled and waved at them. I knew Derek didn't want to tell me so I tried to act as enthused as possible. For some reason I really liked to piss him off. He was kinda cute when he was mad.
Justin smiled and winked at me as Derek nodded his head. "Bye" he called out of the window before driving off.
I knew that I was just getting into more trouble by knowing what was actually happening in their lives but I didn't really care. I needed some more excitement in my life. Plus, that wasn't my biggest worries at that point. What I really needed to be worrying about is how I was going to sneak back into my house without my mom knowing.
I walked up to my front door and slid the key in. I turned the turned the door knob and oped it as quietly as possible. I walked in and shut it behind me. I jumped when I turned around and saw a shadowy figure sitting on my couch.
"Hello Kelsey".....
