" Have you seen his new girlfriend?" I asked while I was playing tennis with my brother Nick, he did throw it back though he just dodged it.

" I mean why? Of all the people in the entire freaking world why did he choose her? He can do a lot better than a cheerleader who is failing almost all of her classes and has probably slept with the entire football team?" by the time I finished the sentence I had already thrown around 5 tennis balls on him an he dodged all of them.

" Why did you bring me here if you're going to avoid every single shot?" I sighed looking at him.

" I'm sorry but I'm preparing for a tournament and I'd like to keep my entire body without bruises and nothing broken, thank you" he said and I looked away from him.

" And I should remind you that you were the one who insisted on coming along and if you don't go now you will miss your special appointment at boxing, because you don't want others to see you" Nick reminded me and I gave up and left. I decided to take the elevator instead of using the stairs.

I took off my jacket, revealing my gray sports bra and I tied my hands with some sort of bandage and began taking my anger out the only way I knew, I would concentrate on beating the hell out of this thing that was hanging for the top of the room. But today it was harder than ever.

Why didn't Dylan listen to me when I told him that she will hurt him? He is head over heels for Sarah but she is on the verge of being held back, am I going to be like than when I fall in love again? No, I will not I am strong and I don't need someone to cheer me up because that's why I have my friends. Why can't I protect anyone no matter how hard I try? They just won't listen to me, even thought it's been proven that I'm right about my instincts.

The only reason why you're not supposed to think when you are practicing boxing is because at some point you stop. And I stopped feeling my energy go from 100 to 0 at the speed of light and I fell on my knees and, as I thought that no one was here, I started crying.

I felt someone make me put my jacket on, but for all I knew it could be a serial killer since I refused to open my eyes. Then I felt someone wrap his hands around me making me get up, that person was probably a guy since I don't know any girl that could be so strong. My back was resting on a wall and by the way I was it was probably a corner, then my feet where slightly lifted and I felt that someone make my head rest on his chest. When I heard his heartbeat and inhaled that familiar scent I opened my eyes and left his chest.

" What are you doing here?" I asked trying to sound annoyed but all I managed was for my voice to sound hoarse and terrible.

" Well, I missed you since you left to help your brother train" he said in an innocent voice and I sighed.

" Yeah didn't work out, he said that he wanted to go on the games in one piece" I said and Dylan laughed a little but he stopped and cleared his neck.

I rested my head again on his chest and his calm heartbeat made me punch his arm slightly. and we just laughed.

" I'm sorry it's just that I don't understand how your heartbeat is so calm" I smiled and he laughed a little, but in general we just sat there in silence.

Once I had gained enough strength, I pulled his phone out of his pocket and I opened the front camera. My eyes were still puffy and red but I was glad I brought my sunglasses. So I got up my feet still felt wobbly but this was the first time I let someone see me cry.

" Let me help you up" I said extending my arm but he refused.

" You can barely hold yourself up if I take your help you will fall down" he said getting up on his own. When I reached the door I put on my glasses, zipped my jacket and before I opened the door I turned to Dylan.
