Laci's POV

Derek wrapped his arms around me as I cried into his shoulder.

"Laci, shhh. It's okay. He isn't going to come back again for you."

"Are you positive about that? He faked his death just so he could come back and ruin my life!" I say, letting go of his embrace.

"Laci. I'm so sure. You have your brothers, your friends, and you have me. We are all here for you Laci." He said. I nod.

"Okay, let's go back to sleep. It will be a busy day." I nod again as I lay back down in the bed. My eyes staying wide open as I was afraid to close my eyes.

Eventually, my eyes started to close, and I fell asleep.

I woke up to the sound of yells coming from one of the rooms. I groaned as I got up.

8 AM! They woke me up at 8 in the morning.

"You have to be kidding me." I say as I open the door see something interesting. I saw Brett on the ground with silly string covering his body.

"Oh my god!" I say laughing.

"What happened!"

"Well, I came out of my bedroom because Sparrow called my name, and when I walked out, she sprayed this stuff on me!"

"Doesn't explain why you are on the ground." I say.

"Common sense Laci. Silly string everywhere, I slip, I fall." He says.

"Okay then. I'll leave it to you guys to work it out." I say as I walk past a pouting Brett.

I walk to the kitchen and grab a granola bar and go into the living room. Dash, Zooey, and Derek all sat there. I walked over and sat next to Zooey.

"So what time is everyone leaving today?" I ask.

"Well, the people who are going back to the UK are leaving at about 4, so around 1, they will have to leave and go to their flight."

"Oh okay. So it will be Dash, Brett, and yourself?" I say.

"Oh no. My plans have changed. My parents are back in town and are going to Paris so I am joining them." Derek said.

"Ok fun! What about you Zooey?"

"Well, Sparrow and I are exploring the rest of California for a bit and then we are going back home in a few weeks." She says smiling.

"Well looks like you guys are going to be having fun. I'm going to be in a bus 24/7 so yay!" I say sarcastically.

"It's going to be okay, there will be lots of communication. Also, when you stop in France, just come and visit me." Derek says.

"Sounds like a plan." I say.

"Oh my god you guys are adorable. I can't even." Zooey said. I then playfully glared at Zooey as she laughed.
