Charlotte's Point of View

I lay in bed, thinking about everything that's been going on. I honestly hate overthinking, but sometimes we have to do things we hate, obviously. Anyways, it's 3:00 a.m in the morning, and I can't sleep at all, I'm just staring at the ceiling. Honestly, I don't want to go back home, well, maybe a little, I miss Cameron, Chelsea and Raymond, and Michael's parents, but I know I will miss Julian too..*sighs* he's been there for me for about two weeks - that's how long we've been on this Cruise - and in two days we are getting off, which means that maybe I'll never see Julian again. It's almost Christmas, and there's so much I have to do once we get home, In overall, I loved this Vacation, except the bad things that happened, but other than that I loved it.

"You're still awake?" Julian says, stepping out of the bathroom, - a white towel around his waist, water dripping down his tan chest -

"I can't sleep.." I admit, sitting up on the bed, beginning to yawn and rub my eyes a little "I don't want to go back home in two days, to be honest.."

"Why don't you want to go home?" Julian asks, taking out a white silky T-Shirt and some gray Sweatpants "Don't you like it there?"

I sigh "I like it there, it's just.." I stop before answering, and take a deep breath "The truth is, I'm going to miss you a bunch.." I blush, before covering my face

I peek through the space between my fingers, and notice that Julian is looking right at me with the warmest smile I've ever seen from him, I smile back as he uncovers my face. He looks deeply into my eyes, and I look deeply into his eyes too, getting myself lost into those light brown delicate eyes he has "Listen, Charlotte...I kind of have a Christmas present for you, I wanted to give it you sooner, but I didn't know how to approach you. Do you remember that house that's right across the street from yours? The one that's on sale?"

"Y-Yeah, the white house with a black roof?" I ask, trying to remember how the house looks exactly..

"Well," He smiles at me, and walks over to his nightstand - getting a white piece of paper out - and handing it to me "Look at it" He says, before looking down at the paper with me.

I inspect the paper carefully, and my eyes widen as I read the title of the paper, in big bold letters it says "House Deed", I look up at him and he smiles down at me. I can't believe this, he's moving to the house across the street from me.

"You bought this house?" I reply, covering my mouth from the excitement "You actually bought this house? I'm excited to be your neighbor and all, but...why would you buy this specific house?"

"Well," He starts "I realized, how much you mean to me and how my life wouldn't be complete without you. I can't bear to think of my life without you, so there it is. Now, we won't have to miss each other, because we'll be right there, together" He finishes, and I can't seem to wipe off the smile that's creeping up on my lips. Before he could get up, I hug him tight, I'm so happy that he's moving to that house, because, honestly, I can't think of my live without him either.

I let go of him, and he lays down on his bed. I get on my side, and stare at him, and I can tell he has tears in his eyes. Wait, hold on...Why does he have tears in his eyes and a smile on his lips?

"Julian?" I say, getting up and standing in front of him, and he looks over to the wall - so he could avoid eye contact with me - He obviously doesn't want me to see his tears, but that's too late. I've already noticed them. I grab his face in my hands, and make him look directly at me, tears streaming down his soft, sensible cheeks, "Julian, are you okay? Can you please tell me why you're crying?"
