Soon, summer break was over.
Emily grew even closer to Vinny, after he revealed his feelings for her.
Well, not verbally.
It was in the box, a picture of them on the last day of 8th grade.
His feelings were on the back.
The boys left right before she opened it, so they had no idea.
She called Tammy that day to tell her.
Oh, Ryder?
They never made up.
When Tammy heard, she cut off their friendship too.
Ryder was now friends with Valerie.
Emily, Tammy, and Justin weren't nerds, nor were they populars.
They were..normal.
Oh, and Emily did get the part in that dance crew.
She had to sneak out every Tuesday and Thursday, right after school.
But she told Karen it was drama club.
Anyways, it was now 9th grade.
The homecoming dance was in two weeks.
Who will go with who?
Who will leave with a broken heart?
Who will arrive with a broken heart?
Who will ride solo?
Will Emily stay in the dance crew?
