Emily's POV
I got an Arizona Iced Tea and paid for it.
It was $2.98, so I had $7.02 left.
I walked out of the small store and didn't see Danny anywhere.
The only other people here was a truck driver, and the store owner, operating both the gas station and store.
I went to reach into my pocket to pull out my phone, but it wasn't there.
Damn.
I left it in the truck.
I quickly paced, the Tea still in my hand.
Oh my god.
What have I gotten myself into?
Then another thought popped in my head.
Was Vinny right?
I was so foolish.
I was so caught up in Danny I threw away my best friend.
And he probably thought I was the jerk.
But he hooked up with Ryder.
I pushed Vinny out of my head.
What am I going to do?
I had noticed it was starting to get dark a little early.
I walked back in the store and checked the wall clock, it was only 3:46.
The gas station owner walked up to me, "Excuse me miss, we're closing."
"Oh, uh, why?"
"Haven't you heard? We have a huge storm rolling in."
He shrugged and scooted me out, put on his hat, locked the door, then went into his car.
OhGodOhGodOhGodOhGodOhGod.
What am I going to do?
I started walking down the street as it started pour rain.
I groaned and pulled up my hood.
I looked at the street signs.
Elmington and Floral Blvd.
I don't really recognized these streets.
I crossed the street.
Then a pain struck in my stomach.
A/N: What do you think happened? Who was involved? You'd be surprised.
