Emily's POV
I broke up with Danny.
Now don't go cheering and jumping up and down.
I didn't even like him that much.
I opened my phone again and dialed in Vinny's number.
It rang 3 times, when he finally answered.
"..Hello?"
"Vinny, can you please come over, and bring the boys?"
"Why? I don't want to ruin your day." He said it more guilty and sympathetic than sarcastic.
"Please?"
"Whatever." And he hung up.
It was now 3:15.
I honestly think this whole sneaking around thing isn't good.
Yeah, I love dancing.
Hip hop, not ballet.
But maybe if I just come clean she'll understand.
I walked into the kitchen, "Karen?"
"Yes?"
"I..have to tell you something,"
She looked up suspiciously, "Shoot."
"Um..I'm in a dance crew."
"I know."
"Now before yo- wait what?"
She laughed, "You think I haven't noticed to 'leaving Tammy's every Tuesday and Thursday', coming home sweaty, and Vinny just coincidentally coming to drop you off at her house?"
I gulped, "Am I in trouble?"
"It woudn't matter anyway."
"Why?"
She slid a letter across the table.
It was from my Foster Care agent.
Nick's POV
"So, why are we here again?" I asked Vinny, as me, him, Mikey, Madison and Jason stood outside Emily's house.
"I don't know, she just said to bring you guys."
I shrugged and went up to ring the doorbell.
Emily came to the door, tears streaming down her face.
Vinny stepped up, "What's wrong?!"
She gave the note to him.
"But, Emily," He said, "Isn't this good news?"
"Duh!" She said wiping her tears, "These are tears of joy."
We all hugged.
Even if it meant she would be gone.
