They Get A Divorce (Ashton DDM)

Age 15:

Both of your parents have been fighting recently, and you were at your breaking point. From the moment they got home, to the next morning, they were yelling at each other. You cried yourself to sleep most nights, but some nights you don't sleep at all. The other boys had offered to let you stay with them until this blew over, but you couldn't leave them. Tonight, it got worse.

"YOU'RE NEVER HERE ANYMORE!"

"I HAVE A JOB, SORRY IF I'M TRYING TO SUPPORT THIS FAMILY!"

You sat in your room listening, until one thing scared you.

"MAYBE WE SHOULD JUST GET A DIVORCE!"

"MAYBE WE SHOULD!"

You sat up, shocked and scared. You heard footsteps stomp to the master room and things being thrown. You quietly opened your door and looked out, into the room. You mom was throwing things into a suitcase. She then turned and left the house, slamming the door as she left. You couldn't hold it in anymore. You broke down in tears. Ashton came upstairs and pulled you into a hugs after seeing you, crying as well.

A few days later the divorce papers came, but your mom wanted full custody of you. You were always closer to your dad, and didn't want to leave. She got mad and ordered a court date to decide. Ashton was terrified that he was going to lose you, and you were terrified that you were going to lose him. The court day came, and the boys came with you guys. You saw your mom with her Lawyer and some man you never met. Your dad didn't even look anywhere near your mom. Turns out the man your mom was with is her boyfriend, who she was having an affair with. You were furious and didn't even look or talk to her.

The judge wanted to hear from you.

"Your Honor, my mom cheated on my dad. I am heartbroken, but I want to stay with my dad. Please don't separate us, we are really close. My mom and I were never as close, because she was always at 'work'"

"Thank you Y/N, you may be seated" The judge said

You turned and scanned the room. Your mom looked upset, and your dad gave you a sympathetic smile, which you returned. You went back and sat with the boys, who all hugged you.

A few hours later, they had reached a decision.

"All rise."

"Full custody for Y/N Irwin will be given to Ashton Irwin."

You sighed in relief and the boys cheered and hugged you. After being bombarded with hugs, you made it up to your dad and hugged him. You started to cry tears of happiness. However, your mom came up to you.

"Your loss Y/N, I can have other kids. I don't need you."

You stood there, appalled, as she left the court room with her Boyfriend.

"It's alright Y/N, they'll have ugly babies anyways."

"Luckily I look more like you!"
