Unwanted, Unloved (Ashton DDM) [Part 3]

Y/N's POV

Today was the day of court. I was super nervous. I really didn't want to go back to Ashton.

The lads were coming with us for support. As we pulled up to the court house, the paparazzi were all standing there, waiting for us to get out of the car. Security helped us inside. We all arrived in the court room, and I took my seat next to Harry and his Lawyer. Ashton and Madison spotted me and waved, but I ignored them. I was not being fooled that easily.

Madison was at the stand

"We love Y/N! She's our perfect angel, and we just want her to come back with us!" She cried in between sobs.

I wanted to roll my eyes, but Harry's Lawyer told me not too. I looked over at the jury and they all looked sympathetic.

Oh God

Right before she got off of the stand, I shot up.

"Your Honor, I have a quick question for Madison!"

"Objection!" Ashton's lawyer yelled

"I'll allow" The judge said

I walked straight up to the woman I once called my mother.

"If you love me soooo much, then you must know when my birthday is! So, when is my birthday?"

She looked shocked

"Mrs. Irwin, please answer the question" The judge said

"Uh, March 21st?"

"Is that a question or a statement?" I asked, as she glared at me

"Statement"

"Well, any good mother would know their own daughter's birthday" I started, as her face light up, "But, my birthday is July 14th"

I walked back over to my seat, and Harry gave me a high five.

"Has the Jury reached a verdict?" The judge asked

"We Have your honor"

"We the jury, believe that Custody of Y/N Y/M/N goes too..."
