Lissa's new guardian was arriving shortly and I still had things to do, first of all I had to wash and dress Elena and drop her off to the nursery in court. Then I had to make sure Lissa was ready to meet her new guardian and that the papers were all signed so he or she could start right away. Being Lissas best friend meant I had full control over who guarded her but once those papers were signed only they could decide when they wanted to leave, unless they got fired that is.

Waking Elena up was easy as always, I guess she got that from Dimitri. Every morning I spent with him it was hard not to wake him, he was a light sleeper. I said her name once and her beautiful brown eyes opened, she smiled at me

"Morning mommy!" She said sweetly, I smoothed down her hair that has gone in every direction while she slept and kissed her forehead

"Morning Elena. Mommy has to do something today so I'm going to have to drop you off at nursery for the morning, me or auntie Lissa will come and get you soon though." I explained. I didn't expect her to argue with me about it but I just wanted to let her know what was happening so she would know. For a four year old she was very understanding.

I quickly washed and dressed Elena and then dropped her off at nursery. My morning had been very easy considering I had a four year old daughter, I've spoke to a couple of people who have kids and they all say mornings are terrible! But Elenas so different to every other 4 year old I've ever known, she's mature for her age, she never plays up and always does exactly as she's told.

My next job was make sure Lissa was okay because I had to sign the papers  to make sure that everything was sorted for when the new guardian arrived, so I made my way to Lissas apartment a few minutes away from the nursery.
