After Lissas chat with Dimitri she walked back in, I had been in her head the whole time as I wanted to no what it was about. The Belikovas were coming over, maybe to meet Tasha I thought I wish I could just leave and never come back! I had been thinking this a lot lately, it would be so much nicer for me if me and Elena could leave. No Dimitri, no danger of getting my heart broken again.

But I knew I couldn't, I had to protect Lissa They come first, as much as I hated that mantra, I knew I had to follow it. It would be selfish to leave her, we were best friends, sister. I couldn't just leave.

"Then go" I was surprised by hearing Lissas voice in my head, before I started to reply out loud I remembered that she had made the bond two ways

"I can't leave you Lissa, it's not fair.." I watched as she rolled her eyes and shake her head in annoyance

"What isn't fair, is that you have to sit and watch him live a happy life without you and Elena in it. He doesn't even care that he hurt you." I shook my head "I want you to be happy Rose, and if that means you go away from court for a bit. So be it. You have a daughter to worry about, if you feel as it it would be better for you to live outside court, do it. I'm not gonna stand in your way because I support your decision. Elena doesn't need to see her mom unhappy because the man she loves is with someone else." I started to say something but her cut me off

"Liss-" I started

"No Rose, I won't let you argue. I can see how much you hurting. I watched the conversation in your head, it was devastating. Just promise you will keep in touch." I smiled weakly at Lissa

"Of course. Thankyou Lissa, so much." I said out loud. Christians head snapped up as I spoke

"Am I missing something?" He asked, Lissa shook him off

"I'll explain later." He nodded and went back to talking to Elena.

"Rose I love you like a sister, I want you to be happy." I got up from my seat and kissed Lissas cheek.

I had decided to accept her offer, I wouldn't be happy if I carried on seeing Dimitri with Tasha, it hurt me so bad. I needed to leave. But when?

I couldn't leave in the next two days because the infirmary wanted to keep Elena for observation. I would leave as soon as Elena was out of hospital.
