dan waited patiently as grayson lodged the basement window open with a crowbar. he was shaking a little and he didn't know whether he was about to break into a bloody house and steal or the fact that leggings are quite thin.
finally the window came free and kendall slipped through silently. dan took a deep breath, grinned at grayson before following him. he watched as kendall brought out his phone, turned the torch on and tip toed up the stairs out of the basement. dan looked around before shrugging and tip toeing after him.
kendall led dan through the house and up another flight of stairs. he began wondering whose house this was. kendall seemed to know his way round so maybe he knew him?
dan was impressed when kendall managed to open a bedroom door without any noise at all. he peeked at the person who was sleeping and felt sorry for him.

dan thought he was a good kid, he didn't really know him he just was aware of him at school. he couldn't think of anything he could do wrong to deserve this.
kendall stuffed something into dan's hoodie pocket before they both froze. they had both just heard three sharp whistles from outside. that meant that someone inside was awake.
"fuck it just run" kendall said before bolting out the room and down the stairs.
