his mother sighed "because you need some fresh air"
"what's fresh air? can i download it?"
"also you don't need to shop with your sister and i, you can shop with your father" she carried on ignoring her sons ridiculous comment.
"like that's any better" he mumbled pulling the hood of his hoodie over his eyes.
"let's set a challenge shall we dan?" he dad asked "let's see if we can find something that you like that isn't the colour black!"
dan peaked out from his hood and stared at his dad like he had three heads "that sounds like a shit idea"
"language dan"
"eso suena como una idea de mierda" dan smirked while tabitha rolled her eyes.
"she didn't mean say it in spanish dan"

"no dad, black and sometimes the exception of red or white" dan sighed
his dad nodded while dan walked off around the shop by himself. he checked his phone and sighed that he didn't have any texts from anyone. well, any from phil since no one else texted dan as dan didn't really have any other friends.
he looked around and realised that he had ended up in the lingerie section. he felt his cheeks go a little red before quickly hurrying away but stopped as he spotted something that he liked.

"what size do you think you are?" his dad asked him
"i...er...um i don't know" dan stuttered out "probably like a twelve because that's a size down from tabitha"
his dad nodded "pick that out then, i'll pay"
