RVB (locus x reader x felix x wash) one shots

Newbies... (North x new freelancer!reader)

I feel like someone would just fall in love with North over time... Mostly because he's so sweet and caring yet so badass at the same time, that you just couldn't help but fall in love with him.  This chapter is how I view North with a pretty, new team addition. Also, this takes place before the first mission in Season 9.

Agent North Dakota, probably the most approachable person in Project Freelancer.  He was kind, reliable, and handsome.  North was usually the first to greet rookies.  He helped introduce them to the team and he talked to them, helping them get 'settled in'.  

What North wasn't used too the lack of words he had for this new recruit.  She stood there in her (f/c) armor complete with (s/c) trim, holding her helmet against her hip.  She went by Agent (st/n).  She was perfect, with (h/l) (h/c) and intelligent (e/c) eyes.  North was taken aback by her beauty. He was glad he had his own helmet on because he pretty sure he would've looked like a complete idiot without it. 

North hadn't realized the Director had been introducing her while he stood there taking in all her features, at least not until she stuck her hand out for him to shake.  "Hello Agent North Dakota, I'm Agent (st/n)."  She gave him a small smile.  He cleared his throat and shook her hand.  "Pleasure to have you aboard, just call me North.  It's less of a mouthful."  She smiled.  The Director dismissed them and began to walk back to the control room leaving the two alone.

"Soooo.... North?"

"Hm?"

"Are we just going to stand here or are you going to introduce me to the rest of the team?" 

North nodded and began to lead the way. "Right, sorry.  Today's not really what I expected, I'm a little bit, out of it more than usual..." He been so busy watching her hair blow as they walked that he ran smack into a support beam.

She watched him amused.  "I can tell..."

North was blushing furiously under his helmet, he usually wasn't one to slip up but this girl was doing things to his brain by just standing there.  He tried to shake off the embarrassment.  That's when he heard York laugh.  "Way to go there North, I think you've had one to many late nights."  He clapped North's shoulder and leaned in so that the girl couldn't hear him whisper, "Watch where you're going next time so you don't walk off the ship, I know she's pretty man but you gotta keep your shit together."  North looked down at the ground and rubbed the back of his neck, so York did see his slip up...

"Hello there pretty agent, I'm New York.  York for short."  "(St/n)." York put his arm around the new recruit's shoulders and the other around North's. "Let's go meet the team, don't worry, the only one here that bites is Carolina... And maybe Connie... Definitely South...."  York rattled on as he dragged them to the mess hall.

(Time skip)

(St/n) looked at the team members all staring at her in the mess hall, their expressions unreadable through their helmets.  York had gone and sat by an aqua freelancer.  (St/n) tried not to squirm but she was uncomfortable, everyone had been silent since they arrived. 

Finally, a lighter purple and green colored freelancer spoke up.  "Soooooo..... North you going to introduce her?"  "Right, sorry.  This is Agent (st/n), the newest addition, that over is my twin, South.  "Oh, um...Hi."  (St/n) said a little bit shyly, not knowing what to except from the other freelancers. 

Surprisingly, the biggest freelancer in white Mark II armor, walked up to her and placed his hand on her shoulder.  "Welcome to the team."  He gave her shoulder a small pat then walked back to the table and sat next to a brown freelancer.   North looked at (st/n).  "That's Agent Maine, the brute.  Sitting next to him is Connie. You met York, the aqua one is Carolina. The one with the British accent, that's Wyoming."  Wyoming had taken off his helmet when introductions started.  "Well, it's good to finally meet you agent.  Didn't think we'd be adding another girl to the team."  Wyoming said as he twirled his mustache.
