Okay! Locus is your ex and Felix is currently your new boyfriend, just in case anyone gets confused.
Also there will be a part two of this.  And I'm so sorry I haven't finished up the Wash Lemon, I've just been really uninspired lately and I'm not sure why....
::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

The rain was pounding on the green umbrella Locus held in his hands as he crossed the street to head to his favorite coffee shop.  He often finished up his homework there while enjoying his coffee.  He was a sophomore in college and dedicated to becoming a successful businessman, only because his father wanted it that way.

Locus was also a very handsome man as well. His parents were convinced that he could have any woman he wanted, which was for the most part, true.  Although he had no intention of letting a new relationship get in the way of his studies.

Locus had had a relationship a couple months before, but he never had time for her, he never tore himself away from his studies.  It was selfish of him for wanting to keep her as his, even though he hardly ever saw her but, he really did love her.  But Locus was a man of dedication and since he couldn't find it in himself to take some time to be with her, she ended up calling it off.  And it had torn him apart.

He walked up to the door and folded his umbrella, placing it on the coat rack as he stepped inside the nice little café.   The smell of coffee filled the air and Locus walked up to the counter to where a pretty black haired and grey eyed girl with a name tag "Calla", shot him a flirty grin before taking his order.   The shop was relatively quiet due to the rain around the city so he had no trouble picking a seat near the window.

Sighing as he sat down Locus pulled his laptop from his black leather satchel, he preferred it to a backpack, and began his work.  Calla brought him his unsweetened mint mocha with coconut milk and he thanked her while she gave him what he figured was suppose to be a seductive smile.  He tried to hide his frown, he had a strong distaste for women like her. When she walked away, he saw her number written on the side of the cup and rolled his eyes.  (Y/n) had never been like that.

He frowned as he let that sudden thought of the woman he still cared deeply for flood his thoughts.  They had dated all through freshman year and into the beginning of sophomore year.  It was the longest relationship he had been in.

Locus gave into a moment of weakness and dug out his phone.  He went through the pictures until he found a picture of (Y/n) wearing a forest green, silk mermaid gown that she had designed and made herself, knowing it was his favorite color.  Her hair was done and her emerald jewelry sparkled.  She had worn that dress for a formal party that Locus's father, a very, very wealthy business man (hence the reason Locus studied business), had thrown in order to sweet talk more clients into staying with his firm.

Locus, seeing as he would inherit the business, had to make an appearance and decided he was bringing (Y/n).  His father didn't approve of any woman that he dating in the college.  In fact, his father wanted him to get aquatinted with a young, platinum blonde and caramel-eyed woman named Crystal Sheen. Seeing as the Sheen family had been in business with his own for so many years that they were actually regular guests over at his parents mansion, his father thought it'd be an appropriate fit for the two to be married.  His face crinkled in disgust at the thought of being married to Crystal, she had attitude of a whore and the vanity of Narcissus.... Locus even despised her name.

Of course Crystal had no problem with the thought of marrying Locus. He was amazingly handsome, built, and impeccably intelligent. She herself had a model worthy figure and was the daughter of a rich banker.  She had been drooling over Locus since they were ten.  Crystal had been at the formal party as well, and wore a very inappropriate, tight, and silver gown in hopes that Locus was alone.  When she had seen (Y/n) on Locus's arm, she had been practically green with envy and spent the rest of the night pouting around her mother.

Locus mentally groaned at the thought of having to deal with Crystal again, he hated her.  As he continued to type away at his computer, he heard a certain familiar laughter coming from the entrance of the café.  Sure enough, (Y/n) walked in laughing that adorable little laugh of hers, holding her hood over her head as the rain poured down.

A figure in black and orange was holding the door open for her.  He smiled as he walked in behind (Y/n), shaking out his wet, brown undercut.  Locus scowled deeply when he saw them hold hands and walk up to where Calla was waiting to take their order.

He knew the guy she was with, it was none other than Felix.  He and Locus had many disagreements and Felix loved to get on Locus's nerves.  The two would often fight each other outside of college classes but more often, in a martial arts class they took.  Locus might be 6'4 and Felix  5'9 but they were pretty evenly matched. Felix had speed, but Locus had weight and years of training on. He usually won.

Locus watched as the two took a seat at a table in the center of the café.  He was a little disappointed that she hadn't noticed him yet, but Felix did.  He shot a smug smirk in Locus's direction, his amber colored eyes narrowed in a look of terrible pride and challenge.  Locus narrowed his own gunmetal grey eyes at Felix and made a face of disgust.  This was going to be torture for Locus, and Felix was eating up every second of it.

That's when (Y/n) turned around and a pair of smiling (e/c) eyes met his.  The smile faded only a little and she offered him a small wave which Locus couldn't bring himself to return, their parting hadn't been on the best of terms.

Locus had lost his temper with her, had actually cried and punched a hole through his wall, that's when (Y/n) knew he really felt guilty..... Locus never acted violent towards her in any way and punching a wall was the most violent he would ever get with any woman. (Y/n)'s smile completely faded when Locus just looked at her with hurt eyes and went back to working on his laptop and drinking his coffee.

Felix smirked at his little victory over Locus, this was one fight where Locus couldn't just kick his legs out from under him, pin him to the floor and call it done. No, this one inflicted more pain than any punch Felix managed to land in their martial arts class. This one would hurt for weeks, maybe even years because Locus was so very head-over-heels for this beautiful girl Felix was proud to call his own.

As the two finished up their coffee, Felix took hold of (Y/n)'s hand and pulled her in for a quick kiss right before they went out the door, in plain view of Locus. (Y/n) laughed lightly telling Felix his lips were very cold. He smiled at her and wrapped his arm around her waist before opening the door and walking out, but not before shooting one last glance at Locus.

It was a glance full of pride and victory, and seeing the pain and anger apparent in Locus's emerald green eyes made Felix even more prideful. He had won a battle against Locus, not on a physical level but on a mental level, and mental pain was always worse than physical pain. As Felix walked out into the rain with (Y/n), he smiled widely, he knew he was the man on top now.

And at the end of the day, that was better than anything money could buy.
