This one... Is a little bit of a heartbreaker, it's not a fluff. Here we go, you are an ex freelancer that now goes by your name, wash is the only one to still call you by your freelancer nickname, which will be (fn/n).  This takes place in season 11 and 12. Enjoy! Also, I will let you know when to play the music... It's called Dark on Me by Starset

(Y/n) stood by a base, her small little ship had gotten pulled down somehow.   She was actually very thankful that she hadn't landed on the even bigger spacecraft that was, well, already partially there.... She assumed that there must have been another half lying around somewhere.

Sighing as the last bits of adrenaline wore off, she took off her cracked (f/c) and (s/c) helmet and dropped it by her feet while she ransacked the last supplies from her ship.  (Y/n) took a quick last glance at her ship.  God, she was lucky she hadn't been killed.  Her nose was bleeding and she had a large gash above her left temple.  The blood trickled down staining her eyebrow a rusty red color. Some of her (h/c) hair was stuck to her forehead and matted there in the sticky scarlet liquid.

As (Y/n) bent down to grab her military bag containing food, clothes, and toiletries she heard footfalls behind her.  (Y/n) turned around quickly and aimed a pistol she had pulled from her holster.  A turquoise soldier immediately threw his hands in the air.  "Whoa! Hey! Calm down! We saw a ship crash.... Whoa, you're a chick!"

(Y/n) rolled her eyes but didn't lower her gun.  "What planet is this?"  "Fuck if I know...but hey, you and me baby we could repopulate this planet if needed! Bow chicka bow wo-hey!" A bullet whizzed past his head. "-I was just kidding!!!"

"PRIVATE TUCKER YOU BETTER NOT BE DICKIN' AROUND OVER THERE!!!"

The new, but yet familiar, voice joined the complaining of the aqua or turquoise, maybe teal soldier? Oh fuck it, (Y/n) decided that didn't matter. What mattered right now was the ice blue and yellow soldier, who had been bitching out the teal soldier, was now staring at the girl with bloody brows and nose.

Wash could not believe his eyes, (fn/n) was still alive, and she was here..... Why was she here? He blinked a couple times before placing his shotgun on his back and removing his helmet to look her in the eye. His blonde hair was a little messy and his grey eyes were tracing every feature of her face. Wash had a more scars than (Y/n) remembered, dark circles encased his tired eyes, he looked almost foreign. Washington finally found his voice. "(F-fn/n)?! You're alive!! How are you here? What happened?!"

(Y/n) blinked not able to believe that the man she had fallen in love with was still alive, she wanted to run into his arms and kiss him. The problem was, he didn't seem to reciprocate those feelings. It didn't matter how obvious she made it, so in that moment right there, she decided to push her feelings for him away and give him a simple answer.

(Y/n) put her pistol back on her hip and turned around to grab her bags. "Ship crashed. One second I had control, the next, nothing. I'm lucky to be alive." She walked by the stunned Washington and 'accidentally' knocked him on the shoulder with her bag.

Wash tried not to show how that hurt him, wasn't she happy to see him? Quite honestly, he was expecting a hug, not the icy way she had addressed him. (Y/n) had never been icy like this before, she was the one that everyone had gotten along with, even South had liked her. (Fn/n) hadn't even given him a simple, 'Wash you're alive! I've missed you!' Though he wondered if she had been changed by situation like he had. He tried to brush it off as he walked after her. They had been best friends back in freelancer and he hasn't seen her since she, York, and Tex went rogue.
