"Meow."

"Meow."

"MEOOOWWW!"

Locus rubbed his head as he sat up from his spot on the couch. Felix was sick and so while Wash went to work, Locus had to stay home and take care of Felix. Right now, their white eared cat was complaining about an empty food dish. Locus was surprised (Y/n) wasn't a fatter cat, she ate plenty and didn't do a whole lot or at least he didn't see her do anything. He was sure she ran around the house after they were asleep.

The black cat hopped up onto his lap and purred, placing a black paw on his chest and the other on his nose. (Y/n) meowed and Locus smiled, she didn't ever do that with Felix and Wash, it was their special thing. Locus scooped up the cat and placed her on his shoulders to which she curled around his neck and purred. He smiled and walked to the kitchen to take out the 'special chef' cat food that Wash had demanded they buy for (Y/n), because in Wash's mind, the cat was his child and deserved the freshest (and most expensive) cat food there was.

(Y/n)'s green kitty eyes widened and she hopped off Locus's shoulders onto the counter where Locus was preparing her food. She meowed anxiously and leapt onto the floor where Locus placed her food dish. Her purring started the second she dug into the seafood soufflé dish that Wash swore was (Y/n)'s favorite. Locus left her to eat while he went to check on Felix.

When he walked into the bedroom Felix had his back propped up against pillows and was flipping through Netflix movies. His nose was slightly red and he had a high fever. Locus walked to his side.

"You feeling any better?"

Felix looked up at him, a sarcastic side grin pulling at his lips. "Yea, yea I'm just feeling great. Threw up again... "

"Is the toilet a mess?" Locus walked towards their shared bathroom.

"No, hey Lo?"

Locus looked over his shoulder and hummed a response.

"Can I have some more water?"

Locus nodded. "Of course."

"And (Y/n)?"

Locus raised an eyebrow. Felix frowned at him but blushed a light pink.

"What? She's fuzzy and warm... I- uhh, just get me the damn cat."

Locus smiled and walked to the kitchen filling up a cup of cool water for Felix. (Y/n) was lounging on the back of the couch, her eyes half lidded and purring. Obviously she was content with her full belly. Locus scooped her up and she hissed in protest, but let herself be carried back to the bedroom.

"She's not entirely happy with me because I moved her, but here." Locus plopped the cat gently on Felix's lap and placed the water glass on the nightstand next to the bed. (Y/n) rubbed herself against Felix before she started to knead his leg. Felix smiled at his kitty massage and pet her. She purred and then curled up on his lap, tucking her paws under her, her white ears flicking gently at the sounds around the room.

Locus sat on the bed next to Felix, and the two spent the next couple hours watching Netflix and Felix would occasionally fall asleep.  (Y/n) had fallen asleep earlier but suddenly, during the middle of Good Will Hunting, she shot off his lap at full speed towards the living room.

Locus turned to watch the black tail disappear behind the bedroom door.

"Wash must be home."

Wash had just walked in the door when a black and white flash darted into the room and began rubbing herself all over Wash's pants.  The blonde man smiled and gave his cat an affectionate head rub.  The cat purred and meowed when he stopped to stand up and put his items in the closet.  Wash sat down at their counter and sipped some water he had poured for himself.

(Y/n) jumped up on the counter and rubbed up against him.  Wash smiled, just then Locus walked out of the bedroom and gave Wash a quick peck on the lips. Wash looked towards the bedroom door and then back at his mocha boyfriend.

"Felix feeling any better?"

Locus nodded his head.  "He seems to be drinking more water, and he's currently passed out on all our pillows."

Wash let out a small huff of affection.  "So we're going to have to sleep on the couch then, aren't we?"

Locus nodded again. Wash sipped his water.  "At least he's feeling better."

Locus looked up from the tea he was preparing for himself.  "He can be a real prince when he's sick."  An annoyed grunt slipped from the tall man.  "I love him, but he was very demanding this morning, got better in the afternoon."

Wash looked towards the door again, hearing the soft snores of a sleeping Felix, he smiled at Locus.

"Wanna go out tonight?"

Locus looked up at Washington, as if a shock of electricity jolted them both, they shot up from their seats and grabbed their jackets, wallets, and extra cash.  Wash gave (Y/n) a quick peck on the head before he and Locus were out the door.

(Y/n) sat staring at the door in the now quiet apartment.  Flicking her tail she turned around and trotted off to the bedroom where Felix was.  Jumping up on the bed, she curled up next to his shoulder.  His light amber eyes opened a little.

"They left didn't they?"  The cat just purred.  Felix rolled his eyes but grinned, turning over he pulled a secret bag out of his nightstand.  Cat treats, Wash never bought them claiming he didn't want his pretty kitty getting a belly, so Felix bought some awhile back.  When it was just the two of them home, he would let her have some.

(Y/n) purred as she chewed on the tuna treat.  Felix chuckled lightly.  "Suckers."

(Y/n) licked his nose once, Felix smiled, after all, it was their special thing.
