2nd October Midday
Guess's POV

It was around 12 so after checking on Mello, Matt and I head downstairs. Mello still wasn't himself, but me being recovered, I could help Matt and then maybe we'd find the real Mello in there somewhere. Once we got downstairs, Watari was waiting in the lunch hall.

"Has Mello still not recovered from Robin's departure?" He asked us privately.

"No, but we will make him come around eventually. I can promise that much." Matt replied.

"I'm glad to see you are better, Guess."

"Yeah, so am I," I replied to Watari, I peeked a look at Matt who was next to me and he began to blush slightly, I took hold of his hand, intertwining my fingers with his. Watari indicated us to a table.

"I have an announcement to make," Watari spoke clearly addressing everyone in the room. "We will be adding in a new lesson to your curriculum on Monday, you each may choose which one you partake in; it is hand to hand combat for self-defence, those above the age of 10 will have a larger variety to choose from." Whispers filled the room and Matt seemed intrigued. "We have karate or judo for those of you under 10 and an additional 2 for the rest of you; aikido or capoeira. Even if you're older than 10, you're more than welcome to join karate or judo. Let me or Roger know of your decision before Monday." Watari bowed his head to show he was finished and exited the room.

"Did you head that?! Capoeira! I've heard about it and it's really cool. I was tempted to learn it for self-defence myself. I know what I'm choosing, what are you gonna do?" I was excited as I spoke about it, he brought me back to life, didn't he...

"I think I'm going to do some research on everything first. Well, aikido and capoeira anyway."

"I know the basics of both I think... Capoeira is all about keeping your eyes on your opponent, knowing their moves and countering them. They don't punch, just kick and need to be fairly flexible. Aikido is about disabling your opponent and inflicting invisible pain, no bruises etc. Don't quote me on it, though, I looked at this a long time ago."

"I think Mello will probably go for aikido when he betters." He was about to continue but closed his mouth and blushed.

"What?" I asked; he turned to me.

"... I'll tell you later..." He began to get up to get lunch, as I was about to get up he asked, "What do you want? I'll grab it for you."

"Um, could you get a brioche roll for me and a bottle of water, please?" He nodded, smiling. "Thanks," I smiled back at him sweetly.

As he went, I ran my mind over the last few events with him. I felt the heat fill my cheeks and my stomach flip, but it felt nice. Snapping back into reality, I heard a familiar tapping of shoes.

"Well, well; if it isn't the mole who's dug herself out of the ground finally."

"Wonderful to see you too, Lust," I said keeping my eyes on the table in front of me. I don't think she saw me with Matt and that was why she was confronting me. I didn't want her to ruin this day...

"So what did you do to drive Robin out?" I felt the anger boil in my face and shot her a glare.

"Nothing. I don't know what forced her to leave... I thought it was you for a time, but I doubt she'd leave on your account." I heard Lust snarl under her breath as her side chicks looked to her to find a comeback.

"Look at that. The mole gained some confidence. Congratulations," I looked over her shoulder to see if Matt was coming over but didn't want to linger. After I looked back at her she appeared not to have noticed. "So much of a friend you were to Robin... You don't even know why she left." With those words I quickly stood up from my seat, the chair almost falling behind me. My feet remained where they were, just glaring at her. "If she were still with me at the time, I would have known all about it."
