"WAKE UP CLEO!!!" I yawned and awoke to Taylor yelling and jumping on my bed. 

"What time is it?" I looked around and found the clock 7:30?! 

"OH MY GOSH, I NEED TO GET READY FOR PRACTICE!" I screamed as I jumped up and raced to the bathroom. I showered then grabbed some spanx and a sport tank top. I tied my hair into a ponytail and threw on my knee pads and shoes. I grabbed my USA jacket and ran to Taylor.

"LETS GO!" She yelled as we ran down the halls to the lobby. Katie was already taking attendance.

"Good, you guys woke up finally." She said as we all flooded into the bus waiting for us outside.

Once we got to the practice courts, we decided to go outside for it. My two little rookies followed my every move. 

"Heads up, Katie!" I shouted as I accidently hit a ball to her, but she caught it in time. 

"Hit the opponents, not your captain!" She shouted.

"What about us!? Don't hit your teammates either!" Carol shouted from behind me. I laughed and went to Katie since I completed my usual warm up.

"Whats next Cappie!" I said to Katie. She smiled wickedly.

"I decided that you should go running." She said while laughing evilly.

"What?! But look at this body! Its so fit!"

"Yes, but you already mastered your serving and hitting for the day. Go run ten laps around the tournament area." She said while walking off.

"Fine..." I said as I started to walk away.

"Oh and I have this friend who I decided would help you keep running. He will be waiting at the entrance of the tournament arena." She said as she laughed again and walked off. I started to jog to the tournament entrance. I found a guy there, looking fairly cute in some basketball shorts and a nike t-shirt. I couldn't see his face though. I walked over to him.

"Hi! I'm Cleo Condie, Are you the trainer, Katie assigned me?" I asked. He turned and I found Harry there.

"Harry?" I asked.

"Uh, hey Cleo! Katie did assign you to me." He said while smiling.

"Wow, um alright then. How exactly?" I asked curious.

"Oh well last night she asked of a favour and I decided I should get out and exersise too." He said while his face lite up.

"Ok, so ready to start?" 

"Yeah, lets go!" He said as we started on our first lap around the tournament arena.

"So, how is the guys doing?" I asked while we were halfway around.

"They're good. Niall's mad at me though and I finally figured out why." 

"Why?"

He looked over at me and laughed.

"I promised I wouldn't tell you to Niall." I laughed.

"Ok then."

We finally finished our laps and we were heading back to the practice area where I found the girls.

"Ok, Harry you may leave." Katie said as she walked up to us.

"Ok, um, Cleo, would you like to go on a d-"
