Chapter twenty-eight

"Ok so you'll hold lightly under his chin and tap his back light until you hear him burp. It could be big one or a little one you never know and if he comes up always have a little towel on you so you can clean that up.", the nurse told us as she showed Mike and I the techniques of proper burping. She had Bentley in her hands.
"Ok. So I'll let you guys try. And I'll see you guys soon I hope.", she said as she gave me Bentley. I smiled.
"Thank you so much. This actually is very helpful.", I said. She smiled and left. I put Bentley in the hold she showed us and started to burp him.
"He's so cute.", Mike said as he laid across the bed. I smiled and holded Bentley up.
"He's so precious I can't stand it.", I said burping him. Mike chuckled. Then Bentley gave a big hardy burp.
"Oh. We know he got those skills from daddy.", Mike said. I laughed and handed him to him. Mike took hold of him and walked over by the window. He stared down at Bentley and a soft smile came upon him. I took a picture of them and uploaded it to the social media. 'My two boys I love so dearly. I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with you.' Soon I had comment saying congrats and saying how cute is was to see this side of Mike. I laid my phone back down and Mike sat next to me.
"Daddy's boy. God I love you.", he said to him. Bentley sighed and gave us a smile while he slept. We laughed and then the doctor came in.
"I see you guys are having a good time with your little one.", she said as she came in. I chuckled.
"Oh yes. He's just how I pictured he would be.", I said.
"Well good. He's as healthy as can be. You guys are free to go home whenever you feel ready.", she followed. I sighed.
"Well I feel ready. Oh thank you so much doctor for everything.", I said. She nodded and left us alone again.
"Ok. Well time to get you home to your room. Mommy made sure it was perfect for you.", Mike told Bentley. He hiccuped and Mike handed him to me. I stood up and Mike went for his carriage, which was given by his aunts and uncles, and the hospital bag I have made. I laid Bentley on the bed and changed him into the 'My Daddy's Punk Rock' onesie shirt. I put on his blue booties given from Jack and his mittens given by Kellin. Mike took him as I changed into leggings and a dropdead tank and vans. We made sure he was secured and we made our way to the lobby.

"Awe. Little Bentley is leaving?", said the nurse at the front desk. I smiled and we placed him at the top so they could see him.
"Yeah. It's time to bring him home.", I told her. She laughed and handed me the check out sheets.
"He literally was our favorite here. He didn't cry or made fusses. He's perfect.", she said. Mike smiled and looked so proud. We laughed and soon we left.
"I hope the gang is ready for a baby to be home.", I asked Mike as we drove home. I sat in the back seat of his Cadillac making sure Bentley was fine. Mike stopped at a light.
"I'm pretty sure they'll have everything down for this.", he said as he turned to look at me. I smiled. He drove again and soon we were in our neighborhood. I was able to recognize our home by the balloons and stork next to the mailbox. I also did notice a few cars.
"Who's home?", I asked Mike he put the car in park. He looked and opened his door
"Not sure.", he said as he shrugged. He opened the door to Bentley and brought him out.

"Welcome home Bentley.", he said. I got out of the car and we made our way to the door. As I opened it, the gang stood in the living room with the entire OM&M group dressed as babies. I laughed as Mike came in and saw the commotion.
"Dear lord. What's going on?", Mike said.
"All those bets they lost has finally came back to them. ", Tony said. We laughed.
"Whatever. Let me se the little guy.", Austin said. I laughed and took Bentley out of his carriage as Mike sat him down.
"Here is Bentley.", I said as I turned them toward them. Awes went around the room. Austin took hold of him.
"Oh my god he's precious.", he said as he sat down. I smiled.
"And so are you.", I said as I touched his cheek. We laughed.
"Austin are you crying?", Danielle said. Austin shook his head.
"Nah man. It just dust.", he said. I laughed and hugged Austin. Soon it became night time and everyone was in bed. This was our first night as parents and I was ready. Mike out Bentley in his crib at the end of our bed and we met in our bed.
"You ready for this?", he said. I looked at Bentley then at him.
"Yeah. We can do this.", I said. He chuckled and we kissed.

This is the end of one hundred sleepless nights. I hope you guys enjoyed this as much as I did writing as typing it. I will have the last and final book of this series and I'll also have a new fanfic up pretty soon. I hope everything goes as plan and this year will be the year.
