Chapter 9: Memories

Chapter 9: 

Cats POV 

"So you aren't related to Stefan and Damom at all?" Elena asked after I explained everything to her. 

"Nope. I was angry with Damom for other reasons." I smirked smiling at Elena. She was really brave she was schocked but now was okay. 

"What was your dream?" Elena asked and I winced.  

"I dreamed I killed my parents," I answered sadly, "my dad backhanded me and I attacked then my mom hit me and I killed her too."  

"Oh my God!" Elena gasped giving me a hug, "Did they actually hit you before?" 

"Yes." I sobbed. I started crying then and Elena comforted me.  

"You need to tell someone else maybe a counselor?" Elena suggested after I finished crying. 

"And tell them about the whole supernatural world?" I asked sarcastically, "Ha."  

"What about Stefan?" Elena asked. 

"But he's your boyfriend." 

"And pratically your brother I trust you, would you rather talk to Damon?" 

"NO!" I blurted, Elena started laughing and I smiled. 

"I wonder what Stefan will say." Elena asked, my smile dropped. 

"For starters he is going to kill me. So is Damon." I sighed, "Lets get some sleep." 

"Okay." Elena said yawning.  

When morning came I was up before Elena so I decided to head downstairs to the kitchen where I found Jenna making coffee. 

"Good morning Cat." Jenna smiled. "Did you sleep well?" 

"Morning and I slept fine." I smiled at her, "Mind if I have some coffee when its done?" 

"Yeah sure," Jenna said, "May I ask where you lived before Mystic Falls?" 

"Yeah it's fine I lived in Rock Creek." I answered then I heard a beep signaling the coffee was ready.  

"That is pretty far away." Jenna remarked as she grabbed two cups from the counter and I just shrugged, "Do you want milk or creamer?" 

"Extra milk please." I said then I heard someone walk down the stairs and, I looked over my shoulder to see Elena walking downstairs in a fresh set of clothes and freshly showered. 

"We're going to be late Cat!" Elena yelled, I just shrugged.  

"I need coffee." I mumbled. 

"Oh no you don't come on." Elena said pulling my arm I set the coffee down and headed upstairs with my hand. She dragged me up to her room. Then I heard a knock on the door downstairs then Jenna yelling to Elena that Stefan was here, she yelled downstairs to him. I quickly flicked my hand which made me change into normal clothes and freshly down hair. 

"Hey Stefan were running late." Elena smiles hugging him then kissing him.  

Elena looked at me, "How in the..." 

"Part witch and vampire remember?" I laughed then saw Stefans mouth drop then shut and anger filled his eyes. 

"Do you know hou much danger you put her in?" Stefan exclaimed, "I should kill you." 

"Try me bunny boy." I smirked. 

"Hey Stefan it wasn't Cat's fault!" Elena yelled making him look in her eyes, "She had a nightmare and her control slipped. I am not scared of her or you."
