Chapter 18 Part 2

"Because she didn't want to worry you or Elena and she made me promise not to tell you." I growled at him, annoyed by his ignorance, “Now help me find my girlfriend!”

Stefan hissed at me then went over to his dresser and opened his first drawer digging threw the contents then pulled out a vervain dart and couple of stakes and stuffed them in his bag, “I’m only helping you because of Elena’s safety.”

“What about Catrina, Stefan?” I exclaimed clenching my fists again if Stefan wasn’t my brother the stupid bunny eater would be dead, I swear he was the most annoying vampire ever besides Katherine and Klaus, “Actually you capture Katherine and I’ll find Cat.” I growled grabbing a vervain dart and leaving.

Catrina’s POV

I was waiting about ten miles from where I called Elijah to meet him and I guess Klaus was coming too, which was just brilliant. A brother I have feelings for and another who stalks me and I kind of liked. I hissed impatiently hoping Klaus and Elijah would hurry because I didn’t want to kill anyone but knowing Klaus I probably would.

“Cat you haven’t changed.” I heard Elijah say behind me making me jump and I turned around smiling seeing Elijah. Then frowned.

“You left me Elijah.” I growled, using my newly improved speed and strength to pin him against a tree by his neck. “Now what AM I?”

“I know and I’m sorry, I had to leave your witch friend was suspecting me and then she would figure out about you!” Elijah pleaded.

“This is entertaining but Cat I have more answers then my brother here.” I heard Klaus behind me I hadn’t even heard him. I let Elijah go and growled at Klaus.

“What am I?” I growled, “I have better speed then the both of you!”

“You are a rare species my dear.” Klaus said walking up to me putting a hand on my cheek looking at me like I was a science experiment which made me hiss and wonder why the hell I had feelings for him, “temper now. Your temper could hurt you or others like your precious Damon you wouldn’t want that now would you?”

I hissed at him, “Leave Damon out of this.”

“Temper. I bet the pains have started haven’t they? Your witch side must be fading Catrina.” Klaus taunted, I wanted to rip his heart out but he had always been like this. “Its starts with your mother and father. Your father was a hybrid like me and your mother was a witch but they witch let them have a human child but once you were turned all your sides release if you remember your past but you have choose to bee a vampire, witch hybrid or a vampire, werewolf hybrid.”

“I would choose witch!” I hissed, “but how do I?”

“I have a idea but you would have to make a deal with me.” Klaus said.

“A deal with the devil are you crazy?” I asked which made Elijah chuckle who had now came to stand beside me.

“Do you want to be in transition forever?” Klaus asked putting two fingers under my chin, “I would hate to see that.”

“Fine Klaus what do you want?” I spat at him looking down but he forced me to look in his eyes.

“You won’t interfere with the ritual.” Klaus answered and I gasped, “What about Elena?”

“Let her die. Or I won’t help you.”

I thought about it for a minute, would letting Elena die be worth staying with Damon? Surely they had a plan to save her. I wouldn’t interfere but I would let Damon and Stefan save her, “Okay I won’t interfere Klaus you have my word.”

“Okay.” Klaus said and the next thing I knew I was being stabbed in the chest and I gasp then everything went black.

Damon’s POV

“Do you want to be in transition forever?” I heard Klaus ask at least a twenty feet away.

“Fine Klaus what do you want?” I heard Catrina spat at him her voice making me sag in relief that she was okay.

“You won’t interfere with the ritual.” Klaus told her.

“Okay I wont interfere with the ritual you have my word.” I heard Cat say.

“Okay.” Klaus told her then I heard Cat gasp.

“What the hell Klaus?” I heard another voice and I assumed it was Elijah.

“You have to kill her for she can talk to the witches.” Klaus said, then I ran into the clearing to say Cat laying dead on the forest floor, I ran to her and scooped her up in my arms.

“I see you finally made it.” Klaus said sarcastically.

“You killed her!” I growled at Klaus felling my fangs come out and the veins pop out under my eyes, “I knew you would.”

“She’ll be fine don’t go all vampire on me.” Klaus sighed leaning against a tree, I saw Elijah sag in relief and go sit on a rock. “The witch’s well now talk to her, it is that simple.”

I felt my shoulders sag in relief and my fangs retract and my face go back to normal.

Cat’s POV

“Cat wake up.” I heard a voice say and I jumped up looking around to see a unfamiliar face in a familiar forest the one Klaus killed me in.

“Who are you?” I asked quietly, “Am I dead?”

“No you are not my name is Rose Johnston, I am the witch who gave your parents the gift to have kids.” Rose answered me laughing slightly.

“Does that mean Klaus killed me so I could choose?” I gasped.

“Indeed he did.” Rose answered, “Now choose fast your body heals super fast.”

“I want to be part witch I don’t want Klaus’s curse.”

“Okay but be warned your powers will be magnetized and you need to help defeat Klaus.”

“I cant I made a deal with him!” I yelled.

“We’ll take care of that.” And after that I was shot into darkness.
