A\N this chapter is kind of short sorry I feel super sick and I have homework :( enjoy it though please. Ricky is in here xD so its defiantly a good chapter!!!

Damon: Do I have one?

Me: Pervert :j

Damon: *glare*

Me: JK JK, it's lover boy :j

Damon: *death glare*

Chapter 23

My face fell as I looked at Mr. Saltzman, "What did Damom do this time?"

"He killed my wife Isobel." He answered and I faced palmed myself.

"Of course he did." I sighed, "The hunger for us is...hard. I should know when I was in transition of becoming a full hybrid like Klaus..."

"You know Klaus?"

I nodded and gave him the short version of my story, "So that's what I am." I concluded.

"Whoa."

I nodded again and then snapped my fingers, "What about you help capture a werewolf and vampire instead of killing Damon? Damon is my boyfriend..."

"Oh boy..." Mr. Saltzman sighed, "Do you know how it feels to lose someone you love?"

I winced, "Mr. Saltzman.."

"Call me Ric."

"Okay Ric," I said slowly testing calling him by his first name out, "I do know how it feels. I lived as a human off and on dying at 16 losing everyone I loved. I was abused when I was human and lost someone I loved then."

"I'm sorry.."

"Don't be. It's all in the past." I signed rubbing my temples.

"Can you please not kill him he may be a jerk at times but can be sweet. I love him." I said with puppy dog eyes.

"Cat I'm sorry but I can't do that." Ric sighed.

"Will then if you harm him I'll personally kill you and your ring won't help you if I rip the finger off it is on." I hisss at him menacingly.

Ric's eyes went wide, "You wouldnt dare."

"I'll do anything to protect the people I love, even if it means killing." I hissed then headed out the door and ran home. Once I got home I heard Stefan and Rebekah arguing and I sighed.

"You are a bad influence on Catrina!" Stefan yelled at Rebekah as I walked in, I saw Damon sitting in a leather chair with Klaus and Elijah on the sofa, all three of them were watching the argument like a tennis match with smug looks on their faces, "And so are you two!"

Elijah hissed, "I would die for her!"

"I wouldnt exactly die for her but I care a lot." Klaus growled.

"Will you..."

"Oh for the love of all things holy!" I yelled irritably walking over, "First off what are you two doing here?! And Rebekah cause one more arguement and you'll be finding a new house to live in."

All five of them looked dumbstruck, "We have a problem..."

I cut off Klaus quickly, "Take your sister and figure it out."

"Thats the thing the doppleganger has her necklace."

Klaus sighed and I cursed under my breath, "You knew?"

"Of course I did! Your aren't the brightest original I forgot." I sighed irritably and Klaus death glared me, "I'll get it, now leave."

"Elena wont let you take it." Stefan warned me and I rolled my eyes.

"I have my ways." I told him and then made Klaus, Elijah and Rebekah leave.

"Why am I leaving Catrina?" Bek asked as I pushed her out.

"Becaue you'll bug me and I have my own problems." I answered, "Spend time with Elijah, he has missed you."

"Okay but you owe me." Bek said and I nodded.

Once I calmed down I told Stefan and Damon about my talk with Ric, "Of course Damon did that," Stefan sighed, "and you threatened him?!"

"I had to." I answered.

"Well we'll have to figure out something." I sighed looking at them.
