Resumé for a Boy

11 1 1

I'd rather warm morning hugs
Over a sloppy midnight kiss
I'd rather go out and have fun
Then stay in and wonder what I miss

If you do not like dogs
Now is the time to go
If you love dogs
Then you're someone I need to know

I won't kiss you
If you just ate meat
I won't like you
If you try to sit on the same seat

I need to know the truth all the time
Promise me you've never lied
I need to know I'm always loved
And that you'll always be by my side

I love the woods
And dancing barefoot on the beach
I love late night phone calls
Knowing you're always in reach

I think good morning texts are nice
But your voice would be much more sweet
I think certain things are gross
Like seafood and feet

I get scared sometimes
Especially of needles and the dark
I get really worried
That with us their won't be a spark

I am undoubtably crazy
Everyone needs to know that by now
I am undoubtably loyal
Some people ask me how

I never cheat
The thought makes me sick
I never like to run
Probably because I'm not very quick

I can't stand certain sounds
Like when a balloon goes pop
I can't last without salad
That's something that won't stop

I love like crazy
I fall hard and easy
I love pizza
But not anything that's cheesy

I am very simple
But also complex
I am a writer
Always plotting what's next

I have written a few things
Just to help you out
I have written about me
So you know what I am all about
