"Mr.Stoker??" A recognizable voice said breaking my concentration.
"Yes?" I say standing up straight now, "What is it Dr. Brackett?"
"I have some good news." He said smiling, "She's reacted to the antivenom and we're giving her a better dosage now."
I could breathe now.
"Thank you Kel, thank you for bringing her back to us." I say smiling and ran off to find my wife.
"By the time I found Mike, he was covered in mud and dirt with a devious grin on his face and all I could do was shake my head." My mother said, she was telling my wife about the time I wrecked my new bike. My cheeks were a pinkish red.
"And I still have the scar from it too, if you wanna see." I say playfully.
"Everything ok?" She asked.
"She's reacted to the antivenom, I told you she would." I say as she hugged me.
"Yes you did." She says and then noticed the look I was trying to hide, "What's wrong?"
"Ask me again sometime." I say smiling and she nodded smiling too, "You can come too mom."
"I'll clean up the styrofoam cups. I'll be there in a minute." My mom said.
