"Are you sure??" She asked.
I stopped in the doorway shoulders tense.
"No!!!!!" I say tired and aggravated that everyone was worried about me, I can take care of myself.
"I'm not sure what to think anymore!!!!!"
I leaned against the doorframe when I held up my right hand.
"First came the short temper." I remembered my father saying, "Then the shaking of my hands was next. Then I snapped on your momma."
I stared at my extended right hand as it trembled and I shook my head.
'This was what happened before I left Annabeth our baby with my wife...Oh no..'
I felt the sudden urge to be on the defensive as I heard my wife get up, I gripped the doorframe white-knuckled grinding my teeth to keep from shouting or saying anything I'd regret later on. I closed my eyes pressing my forehead against the doorframe inhaling and exhaling deeply.
