Chapter 25

Present day

They had finally gotten news on the guy they believed had taken Liberty.

It was him after all.

King Elliot knew it would be him. He had a feeling, and he always trusted his feelings.

"Ashton, is everything all planed?" He asked the boy who had fallen in love with his daughter. Ashton nodded. "Good."

He was ready to get his daughter bacl and make uo for all the wrongs he had done. His daughter was a sweet, beautiful young lady, and he had just about broken her. Then Ashton Grey came along and made her smile. He was happy his daughter had someone like him.

"We're ready." He said. "All we're waiting for is the signal."

****************

Two hourse later.

"Sir, people are here." Someone said, barging in. Liberty was thankful. She couldn't stand anymore of this. "I think they're here for the girl."

"Did they bring the money?" He asked, turning away from Libety. Liberty sighed, sagging against the wall. Maybe Ashton had come for her after all.

"I don't know sir. It didn't look like it." He said. Liberty gasped. She had forgotten all about the money. Maybe they had just come to see her finished off.

"Well, let's go have a little fun." He said, turning to get something on the wall. He put the cuff on Liberty's wrist and dragged her up the stairs to the first floor of the house.

"Who are you?" He asked the people. Liberty raised her head. It was Ashton and Lucas.

"It doesn't matter. "We're here for her." Ashton said, looking over at Libetry. Her nightmare just laughed. He made her stand, then, after handcuffing her to a chair, made her sit.

"Well, the only way you'll get her is with the money I asked for. If not, I'll kill you all after making you watch her burn in this house alive." He said. Liberty sobbed slightly, which got Ashton and Lucas' attention. While they were both angry, she saw the flame of burnning hatred in Ashton's eyes towards her kidnapper.

"Actually, it would be you burnning in this house." A voice that was very familiar to Liberty, said. She has heard that voice angry, but she had never heard this tone. "No one is going to kill my daughter."

"Father?" Liberty asked lightly, more to herself than to anyone else. Her father, who had just walked through the front door, looked over at her.

"I'm so sorry, darling. I promise, I'll try my hardest to make it up to you." He said. Liberty smiled. "Boys, you know what to do."

That's when everything got crazy.
