I decided on spending my valentines day with my baby Daniel. Since he was my heart and I love him with every bit of myself. Daniel was still sleep so I got to make him some food I looked into the cabinet pulling out waffle mix then I went to the fridge pulling out maple sausages and eggs. I put the waffle mix in a bowl then added Strawberry's to it so we could eat strawberry pancakes after that I got the waffle maker ready. Next to out the sausages on the stove then I cracked four eggs in a bowl adding pepper, milk, and cheese. I sprayed butter on the waffle maker then I poured the waffle mix in the waffle space then I pulled top down while I catches on the sausages. After 15 minutes then food was finished then I went to his bedroom but he wasn't there. My heart almost fell to my feet until I saw him using the bathroom. He flushed the toilet and washed his hands I stand by the door very proud that one beaten came in handy.

" Good job " as we do our handshake. " Thanks mommy" he smiles " you hungry" I ask as he walks out getting onto the couch. He nods saying yes " ight cmon so we can eat " holding out my hand. He grabs it and I lead him to a chair with his food in front of him. " you want apple or orange juice " I ask getting two cups. " can I please have pineapple juice " I laugh shaking my head as I pull out my pineapple orange juice and sit it on the table. I pour us both some then sit down " did you pray ?" I ask looking at him. " oops sorry mommy " he gets up and pulls his chair super close to mine along with his food and drink then grabs my hand. " mommy can I pray " I laugh saying yes you can. " okay thank Jesus for this meal mommy made. Amen" I say amen then we begin to eat. " mommy I love your waffles" I laugh as I hand a napkin. " Thanks baby" after I sit down eating the rest of my food. After we finished eating I went to go get dressed while Daniel watched tv. I got dressed put on a my red ruffle shirt with my black jeans but my eyes wondered to a picture of me and Devon. Tears started coming down my face as my mind wondered to him leaving me. I quickly wiped my tears when I heard Daniel coming in. " mommy where you going ?" I tried to put a smile on my face " baby we're going to spend the day together" putting on the fakest smile I could. He nodded his head and I went back to getting dressed ( outfit in MM). I walk outside to see him watching spongebob " Daniel baby cmon let's get dressed " i yell as I walk past him going into his room. I pick out his red polo with his khaki pants and a black belt with his red and black kd's. I let him get dressed then I watched him brush his teeth then I brushed his hair. " mommy your pretty" I smile saying thank you feeling tears but I just ignored what I was feeling standing up to get my keys so we could leave. We walk down the stairs to the car after I lock up my apartment . " mommy can I get in the front seat ?" As he races to the front door . " Just this once " getting in as Daniel puts on his seat belt. I turned on the radio and alessia Cara song was on the radio

I decided to take Daniel to see his father for the first time. " wanna go see daddy ?" Looking over at him for a minute then back at the road. He says yeah getting happy but I didn't know how to explain it to him. When we got to the graveyard we both got out. " mommy why we at the dead people place?" I take his hand. " I have to tell you something " as we walk getting close to his tombstone. " Okay what is it ? " skipping unlocking hands with me. " Okay, so daddy is dead. But I know if he was here. He would love you" He looked at me as I bent down in front of him. He looked so confused me " so my daddy is gone with Jesus ?" I nod sniffling cause I was crying. " mommy stop crying" wiping my tears reminding me of Devon. I got up telling the sky as if I was talking to Devon telling him I love him. " daddy will be us always " walking away to get back in the car.
