What The F**k?!

"MOTHER!!!" I called out as I entered the house. Today has been just great; I actually did all my work and the teachers didn't leave homework, what a great way to start off the week. Heading into the kitchen I found my mom. "Mom! You won't believe what happened!"

"wait before you say anything we have a wedding to go to in San Antonio on October 19th it's your cousins wedding, so you have to go." at the news of this my face dropped. "What?"

"mom I got asked to homecoming."

"That's great! Who asked; oh my I will have to make a mum and we have to go buy your dress, whens homecoming?"

"October 19th." I stated

"Oh." Was all she could say? There is no way she is letting me stay I was lucky she let me stay home when her and dad left out of town.

"Who's going to San Antonio with us?" I asked

"Everyone as in your Tíos and your cousins."

"Ok well I will go and start looking at what I will wear to the wedding." I sighed getting up and heading to my room; of course the one time I get asked to Homecoming I have to go to some stupid wedding to cousins I have never even met. Instead of walking to my closet to search for what I will be taking I just laid there on my bed; that is until my mom and dad barged into my room. "Can I help you?" I asked furrowing my eyebrows together

"Your mom said you got asked to Homecoming; who asked you?"

"Tyler did he asked me today. It doesn't matter anyways I'm not going." I stated sitting up

"Why aren't you going?" asked my mom

"We have to go to that wedding right?"

"Yeah but this is the first time you get asked to anything."

"Are you saying I can stay?" I asked as a smile formed on my face

"Yes but on one condition."

"Anything."

"Don't get messed up and have a hangover on Sunday." She said smiling "and make sure his parents take lots of pictures of you!"

"Do I not get a say in this?" my dad asked

"Well can I go daddy please?" I asked bringing out the puppy dog eyes

"Yes you can." He said smiling "I trust you Destiny don't screw it up."

"I won't!" I said getting excited "ok get out I have to call Ruby and Vanessa so we can go dress shopping!" I said pushing them out of my room.

"Tomorrow you can go." my mom said smiling "you have been out way too much so stay home for a little while."

Heading to Alexis' room I heard soft cries coming from the inside, knocking on the door before heading in I heard a faint 'come in'. "What's wrong?" I asked curious as to who would bring tears to my sisters face and why at that.

"Nothing, why are you in here?" letting it go because if pushed to know what was wrong then she would get mad and I don't like seeing her mad; let's just say she is a psycho. "I came in to tell you that I'M GOING TO HOMECOMING!!!!!!!!" I yelled at her as she smiled. "I need your help picking a dress so tomorrow I was thinking me, you, Ruby, and Vanessa could all go dress shopping." I said smiling

"I have been waiting for this day!" she said jumping out of bed "each year during homecoming season I look at dresses in hopes you will get asked so this year-"

"Wait" I said cutting her off "you plan dresses for me each year since I started high school just in case I would get asked to homecoming?"

"Yeah so? I have extra time on my hands anyways as I was saying before I was rudely interrupted. I found a really cute dress it's only $50 and I think it's at Windsor."
