Beneath Your Beautiful: Labrinth (feat. Emeli Sande')

Elise's POV

I had no idea how many classes me and Louis had in common. It was so strange. We sat next to each other and we held hands walking to each class. I didn't pay attention to Niall, Louis was the only thing on my mind. The only classes we didn't have together were my dance classes. Louis insisted that he sit and watch because today I had the studio all to myself today.

Normally there would be an instructor, but I had to work on a project so it was just me. The project was a self-choreographed solo. It could be any style and any song. I was already done choreographing it, I just had to practice. The song I had chosen was Fix You by Coldplay and I was performing a lyrical/modern number. I really loved the dance that I had created, mostly because it was my creation and it was original. I felt free.

Louis sat right up against the mirror and was smiling so wide that he looked like a fourth grader who just found out he was going to Disney World. His tank top showed his muscles and tattoos, they tattoos that I loved so much. His brown hair was hidden underneath his grey beanie, it made his bluish greenish eyes stand out.

"I bet a lot of guys ask to see you dance." Louis said as I turned on my music.

"You're the only guy I have said yes too."

As I was warming up, Louis kept making faces and making me laugh. Then it came to start practicing.

"Alright Louis, no more funny faces! I really have to practice now." I said giggling as Louis made a fake pout.

"Sorry, love," My heart fluttered, "I'm excited to see you dance. By the way, I like the tattoo on your back, very pretty." He said, adding a wink. If he could see my tattoo, he could see my scar.

I hate my scar, more than you can ever imagine. It was so ugly and it was weakness. That's what my scar is to me, a weakness. It has been years and I still feel pain from it. I wish someone else had to go through this. It made me ugly. I am ugly with my scar. I am ugly. I hate myself for having my scar. I hate myself in general. Before I knew it, I started crying. I felt an ugly tear slide down my face.

"Hey, hey, hey, baby don't cry," Louis said while he ran up and hugged me, "I'm sorry if what I said hurt you. Baby please smile. Don't cry, please. I'm sorry."

"I'm sorry, I'm not crying because of what you said Louis," I said looking up at him, "I'm crying because, because I hate myself. I hate my scar. I hate-"

Louis cut me off by kissing me. I loved when he kissed me, it felt so right, "Don't say that, please. You are so beautiful. Your scar makes you beautiful.  Sill can't believe that you are my girlfriend, you are out of my league, but I'm never leaving you. I really, really care about you. You have built up these walls of insecurities, but they block how beautiful you are. I just want you  to know that beneath everything that has happened to you, you are beautiful. Gosh, you are more than beautiful, you are, I don't think there is a word for it, but if there is, you are that word. I will tell you that every day if you want me to, hey, hey, hey! There is that smile I love so much!" I was smiling, he made me feel beautiful.

"Thank you Louis, you are too sweet. Really though, thank you. I just get really insecure about my scar." I said, Louis kissed my forehead and wiped my tears.

"Now, come on baby, let's see that dance that we came all the way here for." Louis smiled and sat back down in front of the mirror.

I hit play and the music started. The music moved me, it really did. Once the music kicks in, I just know what to do, it just comes naturally. I flow with the song, not just the beat. The lyrics move me too. I finished the dance and glanced at Louis. His smile was even wider, if that was possible.

"That was amazing! I have never seen anything like it! You have a gift my darling, a true gift." Louis said, hugging me tightly. He lifted me up from the group and I hugged him back.

"Hey Louis," I said after he had set me down, "May I have this dance?" I asked as I pushed play for another slow song to come on.

Louis laughed, "I don't dance, Elise."

"Now you are." I took his right hand in my own and put his other around my waist, we just kind of moved about as he played with my hair.

"Louis," I whispered after a few minutes, "I'm falling for you."

"Good," He whispered back, "Then we can take the fall together."
