Elise's POV

With the wedding drawing closer and closer I began to feel more and more nervous. I felt like the engagement was just yesterday, meanwhile it was almost a year ago. This was my wedding we are talking about, and it was just a mere week away. What if something went wrong? What if the marriage doesn't work out? What if we get divorced?

I had bought my dress a month ago, it was beautiful. It was all lace and it was like a princess's dress, I could not ask for anything more beautiful or more perfect. The bridesmaid dresses were a gorgeous lavender color. Ava was my maid of honor and she dyed her hair an auburn brown for the occasion.

I was becoming more and more stressed with all this wedding planning and performing, I had to get used to acting and dancing, which was a struggle. Louis' smile was growing more and more each day and when he would leave for work he would kiss my cheek and say, "Goodbye, Future Mrs. Tomlinson."

Johannah and my mother were becoming good friends, as they should. They were bonding over the wedding and it was fun to go out shopping with them. My mother was very friendly to Louis now, which I was very thankful for. Even Troy was sort of warming up to me, I even saw him smile once.

Currently I was scouring the Internet for a good florist. The venue was at this church on Long Island and then there was this really nice restaurant with this gorgeous garden that was right on the water.

Louis would he home in about an hour and we were going to get takeout, after all, it was Takeout Tuesday. What if this marriage doesn't work out? What if we get divorced? What would I do? I couldn't imagine my life without Louis.

So many negative possibilities soared through my head and I could feel myself getting upset. Crumbles was sleeping at my feet on the couch.

All of a sudden I felt two hands on my shoulders and I swear I went into complete ninja mode, I jumped off the couch, startling Crumbles and I turned around and smacked the person right in the face.

"Hey! What was that for? Is that any way to treat your future husband?" Louis said, putting his hand over where I smacked him, he was laughing hysterically. Crumbles was barking like crazy.

"Louis, I am so sorry, you just scared the living daylights out of me!" I said, laughing a little, "I didn't even hear you come in."

"Yeah I know, that's why I scared you," Louis said as he walked into the kitchen I followed him and smelled the familiar aroma of Chinese food, "I already picked up dinner, but wow you can really pack a hit, I swear I will never scare you again." He said as he took an ice pack out of the freezer and put it on his face.

"Thanks for getting dinner, sorry about hitting you, I have just been on edge lately." I said as I made a plate of food.

"It's alright, you're cute so I forgive you," Louis winked as he got himself a plate, "How come you have been so stressed lately? Is it because of all the wedding planning?"

"I guess, it's just been a lot, you know?" I shrugged and took a bite of my Chicken Lo Mein. Louis placed his plate on the table and walked up behind me.

"I'm sorry baby, maybe you should relax a little bit," He whispered as he gently started giving me a back massage. Sweet cheese and crackers that felt good. Louis kissed my cheek and I really felt relaxed.

"What if it doesn't work out?" I couldn't help it just fall out of my mouth.

"It is going to work out, I promise, I know it will work out. Look how far we have gotten already, we have our own apartment, we have a dog, we are getting married and we are never going to be apart." Louis said, his words reassured me a little.

"Yeah but one in every three-" I turned around to say to Louis.

"That's on average, we are above average, so that doesn't apply to us." Louis smiled as he kissed me, "Can we eat now? I'm hungry." Louis fake pouted.

"Yes, we can eat now, I'm hungry too." I said as we both dug into our Chinese food, looks like we won't have much left for Whatever is Left Wednesday, "So, how was work?"

"It was grand, I read two full manuscripts today and I got a raise." Louis said.

"Wow, a raise? That's amazing! Congrats!" I said as I continued to enjoy my Chicken Lo Mein, that stuff is amazing.

"Thanks darling," Louis smiled, "I am very excited to see you in your wedding dress by the way, Lottie said you looked like a princess, and I said you look like one all the time."

I blushed, "Why thank you, Prince Charming, but as I have explained to you about a million times you cannot see me in the dress until I walk down the aisle."

"That reminds me! You have to teach me how to slow dance for our first dance, I've gotten a little rusty and I planned our surprise honeymoon."

"Where are we going?" Louis hasn't told me where we are headed to on our honeymoon because it's a surprise for me. I was very excited.

"If I were to tell you, it wouldn't be such a surprise now wouldn't it?" Louis said.

"Yeah, yeah, yeah. How will I know what to pack?" I countered.

"My mother knows, so she will pack for you, I have it all figured out, we're going to take a limo and everything." Louis beamed.

"Well I am very excited for the honeymoon." I said, there was no way he was going to tell me where we were headed.

"I am too," Louis smiled.

It was then that I realized that this marriage will work out, no matter what. And I'm glad to have someone in my life who is as wonderful as Louis.
