George's PoV

I ran to pick up the unconscious Serenity. Lupin pushed me out of the way and carried her to a table. Snape dealt with Greyback. Mom cleaned up her body and worked at healing her wounds.
"He wasn't in wolf form. What does that mean?" I ask Lupin.

"I don't know," he said while turning to the bite.
Dad barged in. "He said Death Eaters were coming. We need to move!"

Lupin gently picked up Serenity and all of us apparated to Grimmauld Place. Mom and Lupin got to work fixing Charity. I fear that the damage is already done.

I looked at Fred. "Are you alright?"

"Yeah, not much bleeding," he said.

Charity walked over to us. "I'm sorry."
Fred started crying and pulled her into his chest. "Don't be sorry," he cried.

I went into the kitchen where Mom was stitching Serenity's wounds. She was still unconscious and Snape was rapidly brewing a potion. Lupin was casting spells I'd never even heard of on her. There was only one thing left to do. I held her hand.

Snape forced a potion down her throat and her eyes flew open. She screamed in pain and I pulled her head into my chest.

"We have to get her to St. Mungo's!" Lupin yelled.
We all apparated to the hospital and Snape handed Serenity over to a doctor who rushed her into a room that we weren't allowed into. We all waited together by the door. Charity's muffled cries filled the silence. Fred grabbed her hand and we stood in the buzzing hallway. Snape was allowed to go in with Serenity. I started shaking and Mom wrapped her arms around her.

"No," I cried out. Lupin started pacing around the room. Finally, a nurse came out to us.

"She's going to be alright. The werewolf that attacked her wasn't in wolf form, so she will only transform twice a year."

I let out a breath. "Can I see her?" I asked shakily. She nodded and motioned me into the room. Serenity was laying on a white bed with nubs in her nose to breathe through. Snape let go of her hand and left the room.
"Ren?" I asked gently. She turned to me and smiled.

"Well, no one can confuse me for Charity now," she smiled. It was true, she now had a long gash running down the left side of her face.
"You're still gorgeous," I said, gently kissing her right cheek.
"Don't doubt it," she replied. "They gave me some medicine. I should be able to come home tomorrow."

"I'll stay with you."

TIME JUMP - CHRISTMAS

Serenity wrapped her arms around Harry and let out a laugh. "I missed you!" she exclaimed. She had a new sweater on. This time it was navy blue with a white S embroidered.

"I missed you, too, Ren!"

Harry ran off after Hermione and I took the chance to wrap my arms around Serenity's waist. I kissed the scar on her cheek. "Merry Christmas, love."

She turned around and wrapped her arms around my  neck. "Merry Christmas, George." She kissed me lightly on the lips and then ran off.

"Dinner!" Mom called. We all gathered in the small kitchen and dug into our food. After we finished eating, Fred stood up.

He walked over to Charity and took her hand. "Charity, my love, you are one of the best things that ever happened to me. I love you with all of my heart and hope that you love me, too." He got down on one knee. "Will you marry me?"

"Yes!" Charity squealed and Fred stood up to kiss her. Everyone cheered as Fred slipped a ring onto her finger.
