Serenity's PoV (Harry's 7th Year)
When Charity walked down the aisle she was absolutely glowing. Her white dress set off the beauty of her skin and the darkness of her eyes. She smiled ear-to-ear at the sight of her fiance, Fred. Molly was crying and clutching onto Arthur's arm. I had my arm gently wrapped around George's.
"I do," Charity smiled.
"I do," Fred smirked.
Fred dipped Charity back and kissed her passionately. George playfully covered my ears and I turned to kiss him lightly on the cheek. He leaned close to me and whispered, "Don't worry, love. We'll top it at our wedding."
I blushed and clapped as Charity and Fred ran off the stage. I stood up and pulled George after me. We ran to the pavilion and began dancing like idiots. He twirled me around and I tried my hardest to spin him, but he had to shrink down.
Soon Charity and Fred came out to join the party. We all hugged and then started dancing. I looked at George and saw him staring at something behind me. I felt his arms tighten around me and before I could do anything, he pushed me behind him.
"Death Eaters!" he screamed and immediately half the crowd pulled out their wands.Tonks started throwing hexes left and right. Lupin was more careful with his curses, but he always hit right on. Fred and Charity had been rushed out and apparated to somewhere safe. I pulled out my wand and started cursing a Death Eater that was near Mrs. Weasley.
George grabbed my arm, "We need to go. Take us anywhere."
I closed my eyes and focused. With a crack we were now at Grimmauld Place. We checked for anyone in the house and then went into the kitchen. George sent a Patronus to the rest of the family telling them we were safe.
"I don't know how long we should stay here," George said uneasily.
"I think we'll be safe for a couple days at least," I replied, sinking into his arms.
"It's getting late, we should go to bed," George said, pulling himself up. I grabbed his arm and followed him up the stairs.
"We can sleep in Sirius's old room," George suggested.
I crawled into the large bed and wrapped the covers around me. George turned off the lights and crawled in behind me, wrapping his arms tightly around me. "You're safe now, Ren, I promise." He gently kissed my ear and I fell asleep to the warmth of his arms and the beating of his heart.
When I woke up, George was gone. I stumbled downstairs and found him in the kitchen, tearing through cupboards.
"I can't find anything here. But, if I recall correctly, there's a coffee shop right near here."
"We should pack a bag, too. I don't think it's safe to come back here."
George agreed and we found a small bag that I put an extension charm on. We packed some extra clothes and other things. As we walked out the door, I knew this would probably be the last time I stepped into the house.
I grabbed George's hand and we walked to the coffee shop. Once we ordered, we sat at a booth and tried to think of where to go next.
"I think the safest place would be Fleur and Bill's house," George suggested.
"I agree. They've probably heard from everyone else, too."
We finished our breakfast and then found a dark alley to apparate in. We went outside the borders and walked to the small house.
"George! Serenity!" Fleur exclaimed. "Molly was so worried about you!"
I hugged Fleur and then walked into the house where Bill was talking quietly to Ron and Harry. "What are you doing here?" I asked them.
"We're here to see Griphook and Ollivander. We have a sort of mission from Dumbledore," Harry explained.
"Well, if we can help in any way, we'd be happy to," George told the two boys.
Harry and Ron went upstairs with Fleur. Bill sat down with us. "So, what are you two doing here?" he asked.
"Well, as you know the wedding was crashed. We didn't know what to do and Lupin told me to leave so Serenity apparated us to Grimmauld Place. We were afraid that the enchantment might be broken so we only stayed for a night. Now, we're here," George explained.
"Well, you can stay for as long as you need to. We keep in contact with the Order so we can keep you updated," Bill said.
Fleur came downstairs. "We have one bedroom if you'd like to stay." George nodded and we followed Fleur to a small room with one bed.
"This will be perfect. Thank you," I told her.
Harry knocked on our door and I let him in.
"Leaving already?" I asked him.
He gave me a hug and then stood up. "We have to destroy the rest of the Horcruxes. I'm afraid we don't have much time left and will call on the Order."
"Harry," George said. "Whatever you need, we'll be there."
He hugged George and then ran after Ron and Hermione who had changed their appearances. They apparated with Griphook with a loud crack.
