"When can we leave this wedding Izzie?" Anais asked Izzie absent mindedly picking at her piece of cake with a fork.

"I don't know, but I don't want to seem rude," Izzie responds looking over at the dance floor where her cousin is dancing with her new husband.

"I really don't think it'll be rude if we leave now," Elizabeth chimed in looking up from her phone.

"We've been here for three hours and we were there for the actual ceremony," Callista said running her hands through her hair fixing imaginary knots.

"She's right you know. Some people only showed up for the reception. Some people only showed up for food!" I exclaimed with a sigh slumping down in my chair.

"I know you guys are right, but I want to at least say goodbye before leaving," Izzie says with a sigh.

"Then you better shake a tail feather and get a move on because if not, we are going to be here for another few hours," Anais tells her pointing to the dance floor signaling she needed to go right this instance. Izzie begrudgingly gets up and sulks off leaving us all alone at a table next to the food.

Don't get me wrong now, the wedding was nice. The bride looked stunning in her gown, and the outside venue was gorgeous. We had fun dancing with cute guys that were there, but it was now midnight. All of were getting a bit tired and wanted to go home.

Now, I know what you're thinking. How did my dress turn out?

The dress Jevan made me was about the same length as the one Hendrix destroyed. It had one of those underlay things that was a beige color. There was a very light lavender lace overlay that was very intricate in design. This dress also had sleeves like my old dress too. When Jevan brought it to me earlier this morning, I thanked him profusely.

I was a bit nervous because I didn't know how the girls would react. They had only seen the old dress and didn't know what had happened to it.

"Kade, where did that dress come from?" Callista had asked me when I got in her car.

"Yeah! That's not the dress you bought when you were with us," Elizabeth had said once she noticed it too.

"My mom thought it was for my aunt who lives a few states away and sent it to her," I lied to them.

"What a bitch!" Anais had exclaimed turning around in the passenger seat to face me. "She should at least give you your money back!"

"Where did you get that dress?" Izzie asked me.

"A friend gave it to me."

"Well remind me to ask your friend for a dress if I need one," Izzie had said.

That was the end of that.

"Hey guys," I say, "I'm going to go to the bathroom real quick. Come get me if I'm not back and we're leaving."

"Trust me, we'll definitely come get you since we all want to leave her," Callista said checking her phone. I get up out of my chair and walk the short distance to the bathroom. I've been holding in my pee for almost an hour, and if I waited any longer, I would've peed on myself. I kind of have this thing about using public bathrooms.

I don't.

I'm seriously grossed out by public bathrooms. There are so many germs and bacteria on toilet seats and the floor. It's ten times worse when it's tile floor because you don't know if some drunk person accidentally pissed on the floor and it got in the grout. Not all bathrooms have that thing that covers the seat, and I don't think even that does very much for you.

The only reason why I'm using the bathroom here is because this place is fancy, so I assume that they would clean these toilets better.

When I'm done doing my business and about to flush the toilet, I hear someone else come in. As I am washing my hands, I feel her gaze on me.

"I'm sorry if this comes off as creepy, but are you Kade?" the woman asks me.

"Yeah why?" I asked her a bit weirded out.

"My name's Veronica. I'm a friend of your aunt Heather," she says sticking her hand out for me to shake.

"Why were you looking for me?"

"She didn't tell me to say this, but she's sorry if you are mad at her. I don't know what happened between you two, but she does feel bad, Look all I'm saying is just to forgive her. She's going to need your support."

"Support for what?" I asked, but Veronica was already gone.
