Sokkas POV:
It's been a few weeks since Aang first started earth bending training and he has come a long way, he can actually stop a big Boulder now. And it's also been a few weeks since Anya and I had gone hunting just the two of us.
Besides getting stuck in that hole that was one of the best days of my life! I really want to tell her how I feel but I just think that I'm too stupid to think that she would actually like me, I mean she's a princess! I'm just a bonehead with a boomerang!
Anya: Hey Sokka.
I turn sharply in surprise.
Sokka: Oh hi Anya.
Anya: Are you ok?
Sokka: Oh ya (I say in my deepest voice).
Anya: Why did your voice just get all weird.
Sokka: What do you mean this is how I always talk.
I see her giggle, and I blush.
Anya: Anyway Katara told me to tell you that dinner is ready.
Sokka: Oh great! Hey, do you uh, would you like to sit with me?
Anya: Sure Sokka, that sounds nice.
I rub the back of my neck and blush and then we walk over to the fire and take our places.
We eat our dinner of the usual seal jerky and berries and then one by one headed off to bed. Toph going into her tent of rocks, Katara going into her tent, Aang on Appa and I walked Anya back to her tent.
Anya: Sokka you really didn't have to walk me to my tent it's ten feet away from the fire.
Sokka: Well I just wanted to make sure you were not attacked, you know by a platypus bear.
Anya: Ten feet away from the fire?
Sokka: You never know.
Anya: Ok then, well goodnight Sokka, my warrior.
And then she did something amazing.....she kissed my cheek. I blush and smile and touch the cheek she kissed, I look at her and she smiles and runs into her tent.
In the middle of the night I start to feel a rumbling and hear a grinding sound that sounded like gears grinding together. I jump out of my tent and look to see that all the others are awake as well.
Aang: What is that noise?
Toph: Ya it's the middle of the night!
Sokka: Ot sounds mechanical.
Toph: It's getting closer, I think we have to move camp.
Katara: Everybody needs to help pack up as fast as possible.
Toph; Well I'm done with all my stuff.
Katara: Well what I meant was even if you are done you could help Aang with the food or Anya with her tent or Sokka-
Toph: Katara, what's the problem I packed up all my stuff I'm done I don't need any help!
Katara: Nevermind, is everyone else ready to go?
Everybody nods and we fly off away from the incoming metal machine.
We fly and fly until a few hours later we make camp again. We set everything up again while Katara try's to teach Toph about responsibility, that will not end well.
