Anya's POV:
After fighting off Azulas creepy friends, and punching the one that hit on Sokka just for good measure, we ran back to our house in the upper ring to make a plan.
Aang: YOU SEE! I TOLD YOU KATARA WAS IN TROUBLE!
Sokka: Ok ok you were right Aang, but arguing about it isn't going to help us find her! Does anyone have any ideas?
Anya: Sokka, the palace is huge! How do we expect to find Katara without getting caught!? There has got to be a simpler way to do this than just going in blindly!
Just then we hear a knock on the door.
Anya: Are we expecting someone?
Toph: Actually I know who it is.
Toph opens the door and we see non other than Zukos Uncle standing in our doorway.
Toph: Glad to see you're ok.
Iroh: I need your help.
We all gasp in shock.
Sokka: I'm sorry, you need our help!? You and your crazy nephew have been chasing us all over the world and now you want our help!
I grasp Sokkas shoulders in my hands.
Anya: Ok Sokka, take a deep breath and think about meat.
Sokkas face relaxes for a minute.
Anya: Ok, first things first, how do you two know each other?
Toph: After I split up with you guys when those three freaky ladies were following us I bumped into Iroh here and he gave my some tea and pretty good advice.
Iroh: May I come in?
We all nod and Iroh walks into our house.
Anya: So what exactly do you need our help doing?
Iroh: My nephew has been taken by the Dai Lee, but I don't know where, I do believe your friend is with him. I believe that if we work together we can find them.
Aang sighs but then nods his head.
Aang: Ok, we will all work together to take down the Dai Lee and rescue Katara and Zuko.
Sokka: YOU WANT TO HELP ZUKO!?
Iroh: I know there is no love lost between all of you and my nephew, but you have to believe me when I tell you that there is good in him.
Anya: Alright, well where do we start?
Iroh: I brought a friend who will be able to tell us where to find them.
We all walk outside and see a Dai Lee agent tied up, Toph bends earth around him so he REALLY can't move. Iroh removes his gag.
Agent: Your friends are beneath the palace, in the crystal catacombs.
And with that information we set out.
Kataras POV:
I'm in a hole under the palace with Zuko, things couldn't get much worse, I hope they find me soon.
Katara: Let me guess, this is some elaborate trap so you can lure Aang, and Anya, here so you can finally have them in your fire nation clutches?
He says nothing, which only aggravates me more!
Katara: You're a terrible person you know that!? Tracking us all around the world, trying to ruin the one chance this world has for peace! But what would you know, you're the fire lords son, spreading war and hatred is in your blood.
Zuko: You don't know what you're talking about.
Katara: I don't know what I'm talking about!? How dare you! You have no idea what this war has put me through, me personally! The fire nation took my mother away from me.
Tears now flow freely from my eyes.
Zuko: I'm sorry, that's something we have in common.
Aangs POV:
Toph finds an entrance to the underground tunnels then we split up, Toph and Sokka go to get the earth King and Bosco, while Anya and I go with Iroh to find Katara and Zuko.
Aang: So Toph says you give great advice, and great tea.
Iroh: I find the two are quite similar, what's on your mind?
Aang: Well-
I look over at Anya, I'm not sure I really want her to hear this, I feel like I've let her down, I didn't fully learn how to control the avatar state.
Aang: Lets just say that I needed to learn something and I wasn't able to, and now I'm not sure I can do it by myself.
Iroh: Well I find that things aren't always as bad as they seem and that if you look within yourself, you will come to a better place.
All of the sudden the earth breaks open and light streams in, brilliant light that is coming from the crystals all around us, Iroh runs towards Zuko while Anya and I run to Katara. Finally something good that happened without anything going wrong.
