Anya's POV:
Confusion, pain, and more confusion, that's what I was feeling as I was waking up. Before I opened my eyes I could already tell I was not on Appa, I felt a mattress and a warm blanket. Not only that but I felt a hand in my hand. That is certainly different. I finally got the energy to open my eyes and saw that non other then Sokka was holding my hand and sleep sitting next to me.
All I could think was what the hell happened to me? AND WHY IS IT ALWAYS ME THAT GETS INJURED!! They must all be thinking that too. After the annoyance of getting injured again I just look at Sokka, has he been with me this whole time? And how long have I been out this time? Then I feel Sokka shift and see his eyes open and then a smile creeps across his face as he sees that I'm awake.
Sokka: Hey, how are you feeling?
Sokka says in a kind whispering tone.
Anya: Tired, how long have I been asleep?
Sokka: About 3 days.
Anya: Well that's better then the last few times.
We both smile.
Anya: Have you been here this whole time?
Sokka: Pretty much, Katara and Suki have been bringing me my meals in here.
Anya: Suki?
Sokka: Oh I'm sorry you haven't met her yet but you will love her, she's a lot like you actually.
Anya: Well I can't wait to meet her. By the way where are we?
Sokka: It's called Kioshi Island, it was the closest and safest place we could take you to.
Anya: Where is everyone?
Sokka: Aang is swimming and Katara said she would come and check on you in a little while.
Anya: Good, so we have some time alone?
I see Sokka blush and rub the back of his neck.
Sokka: Ya I guess so.
We just smile at each other for a little while.
Anya: Sokka, I can't believe that you stayed with me for 3 days.....I just can't believe that you would do something like that for me.
Sokka: I would do anything for you Anya.
After he says those beautiful words he leans down and kisses me.
After he pulls away I smile. And I keep smiling.
Sokka: Anya, will you be mine?
I smile and nod and he leans down and kisses me again.
A few hours later Katara walks through the door and sees Sokka asleep right next to me who is also passed out.
Sokkas POV:
I wake up a little while later and notice Katara walks in the room.
Katara: Hey, how is she?
Sokka: Oh, she actually woke up.
Katara: AND YOU DIDNT COME GET ME!?
Sokka: Shhhhh, she's asleep.
Katara: Sorry but why didn't you come get me or Suki or Aang!?
Sokka: I just wanted to be alone with her for a little awhile.
Katara: What did you guys talk about?
Sokka: Well, we are together now.
Katara: That's wonderful!
