Glaiza de Castro as Rowena/Wena - is an ordinary housewife with a sweet personality and is trapped in a loveless marriage to her cold and uncaring wife Dylan (Rhian), whom she married after dating for a week. But Dylan lacks the warmth that Rowena/Wena craves for in a loving marriage. Later on, she is shocked to find out that Dylan is having an affair with her former girlfriend Ceanna.

Rhian Ramos as Dylan - runs a health-supplementary food company. Sa bahay, she hardly talks to Rowena her wife but at work she is known as to be a debonair business woman. Dylan still has feelings for her ex-lover Ceanna. They were forced to break up due to her mother's approval. But when her parents died Dylan hired someone to find Ceanna when she found out that she came back to Philippines. They started seeing again even after her marriage to Rowena.

Who would she choose the woman she married or the girl she promised to marry?

Carla Abellana as Ceanna - she is the ex-lover of Dylan, she was paid by Dylan's mother to leave Dylan. But when Dylan's parents died, she went back to see Dylan only to find out that Dylan is also searching for her. Ceanna continues her relationship with Dylan even after knowing that she's married.

Marian Rivera as Andy - A practiced lawyer but her heart remains in Arts. She met Rowena in a gallery event. She admires Rowena's beauty that much and keeps on requesting her to be her masterpiece, later on she discovers Rowena's in despair marriage and willing to stand as Rowena's lawyer for legal separation filed to Dylan. However she deeply falls in love with Rowena. Complications started...
