Waking up in AoT

Chapter 2

I'm gonna try to update every day, but again we'll see.  Thes are short chapters that don't take long to write so expect frequent updates.

Erwin doubled over laughing as Levi glared at me – once again shocked by my response.

"Don't get any ideas brat."

I giggled. "Okay, I'll answer any questions you have."

"Alright, let's get started. Full name?"

"[f/n] [m/n] [l/n]."

"District or origin?"

"[place]."

"Excuse me? We don't have a '[place]' here."

"Okay, this might sound crazy but please try to believe me." I took a deep breath before continuing. "I'm from another universe where the year is 2016, there are no titans, and your lives are just a book series. We have technology like cell phones; wait. Where's mine? Is it back in the real world?!" I frantically searched for the device, not finding it anywhere. I began to hyperventilate. "I can't live without my phone!" I exclaimed as I continued to search while two sets of eyes watched curiously and cautiously as I had a mini breakdown.

"Do you mean this?" Erwin said removing my phone from his jacket.

I sighed in relief, knowing it was in safe hands before continuing on with my speech. "I've read what happens in your lives and how the next few expeditions turn out. Have you started the 56th expedition yet?"

"No," Erwin replies. "It is scheduled for exactly one week from today."

"If you let me join the Survey Corps I can help you defeat all the titans. I know a lot of things that you have yet to figure out."

Levi speaks up. "Why do you want to join the Survey Corps?"

I thought about it, deciding on whether I should quote Eren or give them a real answer.

"Come on, it's an easy question. What is it you wanna do?"

Well, that decided it.

"I want to join the Survey Corps and slaughter every titan that crosses my path" I stated, trying to mimic Eren's facial expression. I grinned, already knowing what Levi's response would be.

His eyes shined in perfect anime style before he said "Well played. I'll take responsibility for her, I doubt the big wigs will raise a stink; my record more than speaks for itself. I'm not doing this because I trust her, it's more about me trusting myself to kill her if I have to."

Normal people would've been intimidated and scared by his words, but I sat there with a stupid grin on my face.

"Oi, why are you smiling like that?"

"I like smiling, smiling's my favorite!"

"Killing titans is your new favorite."

Erwin spoke again "we'll be back in a few days for your tribunal. Welcome to the Scouts."
